The terrace is equipped with 2 large electric awnings and an upper awning.

This bright apartment, with capacity for a maximum of 6 people, has 120 m² and a sunny terrace of 20 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a spacious modern and cosy living room (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen and a parking space in the underground garage.
