Sharing Co presents this beautiful apartment located by the sea, equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy the wonders of the city while staying in a place that offers you the comfort of being at home but with the touch of luxury and sophistication you are looking for. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with two beds, including one with two double beds and the other two with two single beds that you can join or separate as you prefer. You will have two comfortable and renovated bathrooms with WC, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower, each equipped with the amenities you need to take relaxing showers that recharge you for this city adventure. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the utensils you require to prepare your favorite recipes and a six-seat dining room. Additionally, you will have a spacious balcony with an additional outdoor dining area and two sofas with a coffee table to enjoy the perfect city weather with your best company.

Additionally, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars that reflect the best culinary traditions of the area. 2 kilometers away, you will find the picturesque Cabopino beach, from where you can enjoy incredible views, the dunes that compose the beach, its unique waves, and its privacy due to being away from the center and having a reduced capacity.
In 18 minutes by car, you will arrive at the historic city center where you can enjoy the beautiful facades of the area, visit the Alcazaba and the iconic city walls, also enjoy the mythical walk along the sea avenue where you can discover an open-air museum featuring 10 beautiful works by artist Salvador DalĂ while deciding which terrace you'll sit at for a drink, or explore the city's beautiful green lung, Alameda Park, enjoy a typical Marbella night among other incredible plans the city has for you.

L-1: reaches Puerto BanĂșs.
L-3: passes through the La Cañada shopping mall.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
