Spanning three beautifully designed floors, the villa balances traditional Andalusian charm with modern family luxury, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
* Ground Floor: The heart of the home features an expansive, open-concept living and dining hall seamlessly connected to the main pool terrace via massive glass sliding doors. A beautiful wooden dining table seats 12 beneath elegant wrought-iron chandeliers. In the lounge, three plush leather sofas surround a cozy fireplace and flat-screen TV. Entertainment takes center stage here with a professional pool table integrated right into the living space. The adjoining rustic Spanish kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a sleek central island with a vitro-ceramic stove, a breakfast bar, and an advanced water purification system ensuring 100% safe, crisp drinking water straight from the tap. * First Floor: A sweeping staircase leads to four bright, air-conditioned bedrooms. Vi har nok en gang leid en villa hos Sunmarbella. En fantastisk villa. Vi var 10 personer som bodde der i 14 dager. Villaen var stor og romslig og passet perfekt for 10. Bassenget og uteområdet var praktfullt, der vi oppholdt oss mesteparten av tiden. Dragos er en mann som yter full service til en hver tid. Vi vil virkelig anbefale San Pedro Villa til å tilbringe en avslappende ferie.

Great villa, great location

A wonderful villa to accommodate our family of 11. Pool table, table tennis and table football were all great in the evening. Great, quiet location just 5 minutes walk to beach. Only disappointment was that we booked this villa because it had a heated pool and despite booking it nine months early we found just a few days before arrival that it wouldn’t be heated due to a problem. That was a real blow as the water was pretty cold on overcast days in October but apart from that it is a really nice place with all that we needed.

Sjarmerende, romslig hus med gode uteplasser. Velutstyrt. Hyggelig og skjermet hage med blomster i rolige omgivelser. Stort basseng som ble markedsført som oppvarmet. Men det viste seg at oppvarmet basseng ikke var inkludert i prisen. På henvendelse til utleier god tid i forveien, ble vanntemperaturen bekreftet til ca 30 grader uten at vi fikk tilbud om å kjøpe oppvarming.

What a magnificent house and surroundings,we 10 persons, got to enjoy, the first week in October! Plenty of space, 4 bathrooms, a wonderful terrace and pergola where we att many lovely meals. The pool was bigger than we thought and it was used to the maximum by the three children. The weather was great and it was close to the beach and nice restaurants. We will never forget this week in October.

An amazing villa which was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 6 children. Great location, close to all amenities. Very well equipped and fantastic communal areas - we loved the outdoor kitchen! It was also great to have filtered water in the main kitchen. Correspondence from Dragos prior to and during our stay was excellent, always very prompt to respond to any queries. Check in and check out was really efficient. The only thing we would’ve possibly welcomed was a cleaning service for fresh bed linen and towels, as other villas I have stayed in previously offered this at least once a week (but this didn’t affect our holiday and we made use of washing facilities etc). Overall a fantastic holiday and we would definitely recommend Sun Marbella and book with them in the future. Thank you!

We stayed at Montecarlo 4 for one week in March 2022. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us, so the evenings were spend inside the house rather than outside on the terrace or using the BBQ. We were 6 golfers and the house was fine for us. The kitchen contained everything we needed, although the knives desperately need sharpening as they couldn't cut a cucumber! The lounge/dining area was nice and comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are all good although one upstairs needs a door adjusting as it scrapes loudly on the floor when opened. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. All-in-all a good place to stay and probably even better in the sunshine.

A Nice place to stay for a group of golfers

Excellent check in and the house was exactly as we thought it would be. Unfortunately the bad weather kept us from using any of the outside facilities. San Pedro is quiet in March but we expected that. All in all a very good stay and can highly recommend the house and the host, Dragos

La limpieza bastante deficitaria, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta los tiempos que estanos viviendo, encontramos hasta un aparato dental en la cocina, que no era nuestro. En la parte de abajo hay poca ventilacion y los armarios huelen a cerrado asi como que las tuberias no tragan en la ducha. Fueron a cortar el cesped a mediodia, sin avisar, porque no era el dia que aparecia en el contrato y tuvimos que retrasar nuestra comida. Por lo demas bien

Helt okej hus men uppvärmningen av poolen fungerade inte alls vilket var en av anledningarna till att vi valde detta hus från början. Även när vi använde ugn, spis och diskmaskin samtidigt så gick strömmen och vi fick gå ut på gatan och återställa strömmen. Väljer man att i huvudrubriken skriva att huset har en uppvärmd pool så är det så klart viktigt att det finns. Påpekade detta till vår kontaktperson på plats men han hänvisade bara till det lokala elbolaget och att problemet låg hos dem. Har hyrt flera olika hus i och runt Marbella tidigare och aldrig råkat ut för något liknande.
