The Space:

Welcome to Water’s Edge, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom coastal retreat nestled right on the Gulf of Mexico. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with stunning water views from every room, making it the perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. The open-concept living area, as shown in the picture, is filled with natural light, showcasing modern coastal decor and a calming palette of soft blues, whites, and natural textures.



The spacious living room leads to a large deck, where you can relax and take in breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. The updated kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, a stylish backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, making it ideal for hosting or preparing meals while gazing out over the water.



Both bedrooms offer tranquility and luxury, with the master bedroom featuring a plush king bed and an expansive water view. The master bath includes a spacious shower, while the guest room is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and an updated bathroom.



Outside, Water’s Edge provides access to a heated and chilled community pool, a large dock for boating enthusiasts, and plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxing. Whether enjoying the coastal breeze from the deck or the vibrant sunset over the water, this rental offers the ultimate in Florida Keys living. Nearby, you'll find two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is only a 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is just 8 minutes from the home.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
