Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Each bedroom includes a Smart flat-screen TV, generous closet space, and updated dressers for storing personal belongings.
The home has been thoughtfully updated inside and out with new interior and outdoor furniture (including four sofas and one loveseat), new mattresses and bedding, updated bedroom sets, new interior and exterior paint, a newer metal roof, nautical artwork, and an updated kitchen. The dining table seats eight comfortably. Outdoors, youâll enjoy a beautiful pool with an attached soaking tub, a paver driveway, privacy landscaping, a large shaded tree, and a low-maintenance synthetic grass area ideal for relaxing or gathering.
Situated on an impressive 200-foot-wide canal, the backyard offers expansive water views and approximately 80 feet of dockage along 110 feet of waterfront.
