Discover your dream vacation in this freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath gem on a stunning flow-through canal with direct ocean access right from your dock. Perfect for a memorable Keys getaway, this tropical retreat features a private pool, tiki lounge, grill, ice maker, and a fish cleaning station—all set in a spacious backyard designed for relaxation and fun!

Enjoy modern comforts with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring ample cookware, an air fryer, and a French-door refrigerator. A kitchen bar seats three for breakfast, while the water-view dining table accommodates six. The home comfortably sleeps eight with three cozy bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom includes its own flatscreen TV. The primary suite boasts a king bed, pool views, and a smart TV, plus a luxurious walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms feature plush queen beds and a tub/shower combination.

Relax on the covered front patio or host memorable evenings under the waterfront tiki hut. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, griddle, oven, sink, cooler, and ice maker. Your private dock accommodates boats up to 36ft, and the canal depth is approximately 5-6 feet. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. This single-story home is easily accessible with just one step.

Enjoy an easy 8-minute stroll to the Florida Keys Wildlife and Environmental Area, or head to Sunset Park, only 4 miles away, for a perfect beach day. Soak up the sun and spot nesting turtles at Sombrero Beach, just 3.5 miles from your doorstep. With two nearby boat ramps, launching your adventures is a breeze. Plus, savor delicious seafood at Marathon’s top eateries, all within easy reach!

This entire home and property are exclusively for your use. Access is via an E-lock with a unique code provided before arrival. Parking is available for 4-5 cars and a boat trailer.

Things to know:
* Pool heat for an additional fee during cooler months.
* This is a weekly rental from Saturday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 9 a.m. Special requests please send us a message.
* Please note the boat lift is not available. The owner’s boat occupies the lift behind the house. There is 36ft of dock space remaining for guests.
* For everyone’s safety, we have exterior cameras. Front and sides monitoring the parking area and in the back monitoring the pool, pool equipment and dock areas.
* LP is not provided for the outdoor BBQ. Guests are to fill tanks if needed.

House was great - pool area was very comfortable overlooking the canal. We were lucky enough to see several manatees and lots of fish. House is tastefully decorated and kitchen is well stocked. Location close to many restaurants and grocery store. Quick drive to Sombrero Beach which is a great beach. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The house is on a quiet residential street with room to back in a 26ft offshore boat with ease. There was plenty of parking out front for our boat trailer, 2 trucks and a mid size car. Check in was a breeze. Pictures are accurate and house was spotless. We loved the mini split in the master bedroom and dining room. Hot days in the keys can make the AC units struggle to keep up but that wasn't and issue here. The black out blind in the master was awesome. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use a few larger pots cooking for a large family. The blender worked flawlessly for our daiquiris, margaritas and mudslides. The master shower is huge and has great water pressure. The ice machine and bait freezer are an awesome amenity saving many trips to the store (hint..bring bags and freeze ice as it produces so you will have an endless supply). The pool was beautiful but the end of July pushes the water temps over 90F, still a wonderful area to hangout under the tiki and enjoy the evening. The dock was perfect with wraps on each pole and rubber bumpers extending down into the water. Electric and water at the dock worked great and the covered fish cleaning stand was a plus. We would definitely rent again!

Perfection!

Truly a gem, everything was perfect. The home was spotless and had whatever we needed for a wonderful stay. The highlight of the property is the backyard oasis, with the gorgeous pool, the amazing tiki, and the wildlife that visited daily from a manatee, to iguanas, to so many tropical fish and even some tarpon! The dock was perfect for our boat with quick direct access to the Gulf for all our adventures and sunset cruises. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It made our 60th bdays/34th wedding anniversary trip with our friends a memory we will cherish always!

You Won’t Want to Leave!

Our group of 6 friends enjoyed making memories in this lovely home. It was the perfect mid point for exploring the Keys. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is right there. Spent lots of time in the pool and under the tiki enjoying the great weather. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would definitely rent here again- it was very hard to leave.

Terrific house but even better back yard

Extremely comfortable, good looking, clean, and well appointed. The master bedroom view to the back patio, pool, and canal was such a treat. The warmed pool was lit with a darling color-changing light. The furniture in the tiki hut was handsome and cosy. Kitchen very well stocked. Nice cotton covers and sheets on beds lots of drawer and closet space. Great service from Daileny the property manager. The large bathroom is very big also with lots of storage space and lots of hot water. Small bathroom very very small but not a problem. Despite all this, it was so wonderful in the pool area that it was difficult to stay inside. We really really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again. THANKS!beautifully stocked

Beautiful Florida Key Stay

A wonderful time was had by the whole family! We enjoyed watching the fish and manatees in the canal and using the outdoor pool and space for cookouts. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was centrally located along the Florida keys. Our first time visiting the keys and we are already looking forward to another trip in the future!

A true Tropical Oasis

We loved our stay, the home was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor area was our favorite, a lot of pool time and did a little fishing in the canal. We also really enjoyed Marathon. Great restaurants and the Aquarium was wonderful. And lastly the offshore fishing was awesome, Capt Ariel Medero was a great guide. Can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect for Single Family

House was in great condition and had recently been updated. Communication and check-in/check-out process was superb. Dock was large enough to accommodate our 31 Jupiter and there were no depth issues at low tide. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location!

The house had everything we needed. All big beds in the rooms (they were very comfortable), a kitchen with all the utensils. Ice machine and deep freezer for our drinks, bait and fish. The dock was great for my 20ft boat with plenty of extra room left and the front of the house very large for my truck and trailer.

Perfect house

We arrived early and luckily we were able to check in early. We loved the house! It’s perfect, nicely updated and decorated. It has everything you would need. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus. There’s a ice machine in the utility room that definitely came in handy. Plenty of room for our 25ft boat. Super easy access to the Gulf and Vaca cut. I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect Vacation

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean and beautiful. We loved the pool and dock for our boat. The guys were able to fish every day. We even did a day of family fishing. The location is close by to everything you need
 restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property manager was very responsive when I contacted her. Our family will definitely be back for another week in paradise!

Great location!

Great amenities and location. Restaurants and groceries were nearby. This property is close to Crane Hammock State Park and Sombrero Beach. The pool was used daily and the canal had interesting life. Parrotfish, barracuda, needle fish, jellyfish, crabs and a lobster were seen. A manatee actually stopped by the dock to say hi. And the resident iguana visited daily. Lovely property and tastefully decorated.
