Welcome to Sol Mate Vacation Home, your private waterfront retreat in Marathon, Florida Keys. Set on a corner lot, this 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers a private pool, a 200-ft dock with deep-water access, and serene sunrise views from the lanai. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, fun, and days spent by the water, Sol Mate is the ideal spot for families, couples, or groups looking to relax and create lasting memories together.

THE HOME

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. The home features high-speed WiFi and smart TVs in every living area and bedroom, perfect for catching the big game, streaming a favorite show, or hosting a family movie night. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, and with four full bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to refresh after a day on the water. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available, making longer stays simple.

Whether you arrive by boat or car, the property has parking available for vehicles and a trailer.
OUTDOOR FUN

Life at Sol Mate is all about the water and fresh Keys air. Spend your day fishing off the dock, lounging by the pool or paddling the nearby canals and bay in one of the tandem kayaks. With two tandem kayaks and four cruiser bikes included, you can set out to explore by both land and sea.

Evenings are made for grilling on the BBQ, playing a round of backyard mini golf, or gathering around the fire pit under the stars.

GAME ROOM AND ENTERTAINMENT

A rainy day or just want to stay home, no worries. Head to the game room, where you will find arcade classics, an Infinity Game Board, and ICE basketball and Skee-ball for some friendly competition. You will also have available a corn hole set, books, puzzles, and a variety of board games, plenty to keep everyone entertained no matter the weather.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We know traveling with little ones takes extra planning, so the home includes a pack ’n play, high chair, and stroller. These extra means that it is one less thing to pack.

One of the best parts of staying at Sol Mate is its convenient location. Just minutes away, you will find marinas, grocery stores, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. Marathon offers activities for all ages that you are sure to enjoy. The house is nice and has plenty of room. The house has lots of nice things to do such as the putting green and the game room. The only thing that would make it a bit better is labeling the light switches so you know what turns on what. Also they’re building a new house next door and they start at 7 am. It can get loud. Didn’t bother my group but it may for others and should be mentioned.

We just returned from the most wonderful family vacation in the Florida Keys. The SolMate home was PERFECT! Darlene and Ramiro were great hosts and very responsive to questions/issues. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed and had everything we could need. We LOVED the game room, the kayaks, the bikes, the mini-golf - - everything the home has to offer. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need. The house was spotless when we arrived. Little details and thoughts go a long way. The location on the canal was incredible. Every morning we could wander out to the dock and it looked like an aquarium and reef right at our feet. Saw so many beautiful fish, sharks, manatee, pelicans. Just a very comfortable, well thought out home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. No issues whatsoever. Will rent again if back in the Keys. It was perfect! Thank you Darlene and Ramiro

We had a great time staying at this house. It met all of our needs. It was very clean and loved the deco. Darlene was a great host, very communicative and accommodating. The dock was perfect for our boat and we liked having the downstairs area to store our rods and gear. Location was perfect. I would definitely book this property again.

Awesome vacation home!

This home is in an excellent location in Marathon, close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. It came fully equipped with all the necessities with meticulous attention to detail. It provided ample space for my family of six adults and one toddler. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat trailer. Our experience working with the property owners was seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous property, lots to do on the property, fishing, boating, mini golf. There are double kayaks and bicycles for your use as well as a great fire pit area and a pool. If the weather is not nice, there are many covered areas with a beautiful view and a great game room inside. Owners added many little touches to make your stay extra special and will quickly help you with anything you may need. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet; a perfect stay!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We were very impressed with this home. The game room and outdoor activities were a big hit. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our two families. Darleen was excellent in communicating with us and offered many suggestions on things to do and great places to eat. We were treated with several Manatee sightings right off the dock. Kayaking through the canals was enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star ⭐ home!!

Paradise!

We had an amazing vacation at Sol Mate. Darlene was helpful and responsive from the start, The house is amazing! The location was superb. We were super close to Aviation Blvd. It was easy to get to restaurants and shops, but the neighborhood was very quiet. We biked and kayaked nearly every day. The pool was large and my kids spent so much time swimming. The house has a game room my kids loved. This is our third time in Marathon and this was our favorite trip so far. I highly recommend the house!

Best Getaway With Our Family

We spent a week with family at Sol Mate and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore. All the added amenities such as the putting green, kayaks , game room and pool were such a hit! The home slept all 8 of us very comfortably! We stay in Marathon once a year and we have enjoyed many homes but this is definitely a favorite of ours and we’re already looking forward to next year!

Mini Season 2023

We had a fantastic stay at this gem of a property! Views of the inner bay vs the nearby tight canals were amazing. Plenty of dockage space for boats if you wanted and room for our trailer on site. Easy and deep access to the Gulf. Pool has a great location with sun and shade always. Home was comfortable and covered all of our needs. The game room was an absolute 10 out of 10 for my kids! Will definitely be back!

Perfect for large family

My husband and I take our 5 kids to Marathon every year. Their ages range between 14-21. This property was perfect for our large family with lots of fun things to do right in your own home. The game room was great for night entertainment. Thank you for a great stay :)

Great place!

The house was an absolute dream. It was in such a great location that we spent most of our time out on the water. However, at night, all of the amenities were wonderful. The game room is outstanding, and the beds are very comfortable. It was extremely well equipped

Perfect Stay

This property was great! It had everything that we could have possibly needed for our week stay. The location was nice and was easy to get to from the boat ramp. There was plenty of parking on the property for our vehicles and a boat trailer. We had one rainy afternoon and had a blast playing the arcade games in the game room. There are plenty of areas to hang out inside and outside, we never felt crowded at any point.

When I started looking for a place for my siblings and spouses( 6 total) to stay, I'd look at a property and wonder if it was presented in truth and correct details. Let me say, this home did not disappoint and was true to every detail as advertised. Other than a day trip to Key West, we really had no reason to leave. We did bring our boat and ventured out for the sunset. We enjoyed the pool, Kayaks, mini golf, bikes, corn hole and indoor game room. So many outdoor seating areas. During the heat of the day we relaxed and had a nice breeze under the Oak tree. My favorite was the nice clean Weber grill and the owner had recently purchased a griddle insert. This was great for the Pancakes, sausage and Omelets. The owner could not have been more responsive with ansering questions. Typically within minutes from the time I had questions about booking until checkout. If you like to walk or bike ride, you can walk the path on Avaition Blvd. which is just a block or two away and very minimal traffic. Check in was unbelievably easy. Thank you Darlene for helping us create great family memories and providing us with A+ accommodations!

Comfortable and convenient

The house is well kept, well equipped and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the game room, dining on the upstairs porch and appreciated that Publix was only five minutes away. Very comfortabke for six adults. Also, if you bring a boat dockage is good and open weater is literally 3-4 minutes away. Would stay here again any time.
