Ascend to the second level, where you'll discover a haven of comfort awaiting you in bedroom 3. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to offer the utmost in relaxation and luxury. Sink into the sumptuous embrace of bedroom 3, which boasts not one, but two queen beds, inviting you to enjoy a cozy and indulgent slumber. With plush bedding, ample space, and a serene ambiance, these bedrooms promise a restorative escape during your stay. This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry area for your convenience.

On the third floor of Vista Del Mar, discover two master suites that define luxury. The expansive primary suite boasts breathtaking views, a king-size bed, large windows, and a private balcony. It also features a lavish en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second master suite offers similar luxury with a king-size bed and a restful retreat for ultimate comfort.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
