Guests can bring their own boat to keep in the fenced in double lot for no extra charge. There is a boat ramp across the street that is available for your use. These homes offer plenty of room for your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and other water toys, all with a spacious private 40-foot dock right across the street which can accommodate ONE boat.

You can also enjoy the large side yard playing a game of cornhole or bocce ball with the equipment provided. This home is within 5 miles of many local shops and restaurants and several local attractions, like the Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium, and Seven Mile Bridge. The Curry Hammock State Park is located nearby and offers protected waters that can be easily explored by kayak or paddleboard. Sombrero Beach, a popular snorkeling spot, is just three-and-a-half miles away. Guests can boat or drive to fantastic local restaurants with fresh seafood and talented local musicians. If guests love to snorkel or dive, Sombrero Lighthouse (just off Sombrero Beach, three miles away) is a must and contains some of the most amazing coral and aquatic life in the US. For the animal fans, the wonderful Turtle Hospital is three miles away and the Dolphin Discovery Center is just over three-and-a-half miles away.
