This is one of the âTropical Islandâ villas (units #16 or #18) at Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina. Only 120 steps to the pool & Atlantic Ocean & Beach. This is our most economical villa, but mostly due to its location that is at the back of our property overlooking the tennis court and closer to the boat docks (the tennis court view is something that some of our guests prefer). It is the same size, and the interiors are the same as our other villas that are closer to the ocean. You will be in one of these units 16 or 18. We do not specify the exact villa number until the day of arrival.
Family friendly property and great for two couples traveling together. A heated pool located directly on the Atlantic Ocean sandy beach. The heated pool (heated December 20 to March 30âŠother times the Florida Sun keeps it warm naturally) is open 365 days a year. The pool and hot tub is open only during daylight hours. We are a quiet family style property. No loud music or excessive noise around the beach, pool, jacuzzi, and villa balconies at any time.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen, W&D, and sleeps 6 (sleeper sofa in family room). Each cottage is a free-standing unit with a utility laundry room on the ground floor. Maximum sleeping occupancy is 6. Flat screen TV in each bedroom and the family room. It is a suitable place to come with other families or large groups where every family has their own unit.
BBQ Grills: We provide 8 BBQ grills along the outside of the driveway. They are available for any guest on a first come first serve basis. No other BBQ grills of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property at any time. Evidence of a BBQ grill on site will be cause for immediate eviction and with no refunds.
Located at mile marker 54.5 in the middle of the Florida Keys. Year around great weather for fishing, diving or just enjoying the great tropical weather.
Most guests book for 7 nights and arrival and departure any day of the week. (Ask about shorter stays (3 to 6 nights) or arrival any day of the week when space available.) This 2-bedroom, 2-bath Vacation home is fully furnished: complete kitchen and dining room; a queen-size master bed; a queen bed and a twin-size bed in the guestroom; a family room with queen-size sofa-bed; (sleeps a maximum of 6 people). A flat screen TV in each bedroom and a 42-inch TV in the family room. Large screened in balcony with chaise lounges and a table for outdoor dining (Pass through kitchen window). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family dinner. We supply toasters and coffee makers and a high-end blender to make those tropical drinks and healthy tropical fruit smoothies. We supply luxury Calphalon Pots and pans with cooking and eating utensils. All you need to do is visit the Publix or Winn Dixie grocery store or a local fresh fish market.
The ground floor is the utility room with a washer and dryer and storage area. A set of exterior stairs brings you up to enter the main entrance door to the villa on the first floor (dining room, kitchen and screened in balcony), there is an interior spiral staircase the brings you to the second floor (living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wet bar). We do not have any elevators on the property.
The keys local fishes are some of the best tasting fish in the world. Donât forget the lobster or the stone crabs if they are in season. Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center only 4 miles away.
During busy seasons, it is always hard keeping our calendars 100% accurate. So, if you donât see availability in anyone of my listing, please just email me and sometimes it is open, or we can discuss options if you are a little flexible and it is possible, we can make an exception for minimum stays etc...
Go deep sea or back country fishing, sailing, diving, and snorkeling, and then finish your day at one of the many restaurants nearby.

Beachfront: We do not allow any motorized water toys to be anchored off or accessed on our beachfront. This includes all motorized boats, jet-skis, or anything with a motor.
Activities: Great Diving or Fishing all water sports nearby. Or just hang in a hammock overlooking the heated pool.

Visit Key West for the day just 1 hourâs beautiful drive over the 7-mile bridge away. Dive on one of our many wrecks. Great fishing and diving year around. Some of the best Tarpon fishing on Earth in May and June every year.
