The first bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen-sized bed and features an en-suite master bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. The second bedroom, adorned with coastal decor, also offers a queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

2nd Level of the Home (Loft):

Ascending to the second floor of this home, you'll discover the charming loft-style bonus room. This unique space is dedicated to children, offering a cozy retreat with four twin beds, perfect for a fun and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a workstation area provided, ensuring convenience for both work and play.

Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor amenities, including comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a designated outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco meals, and a sunny deck for delightful memories. The property offers ample off-street parking with space for your boat trailer and multiple vehicles in the driveway, ensuring convenience for all guests.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. We had a wonderful 2week stay. Weather was very warm, sunsets fantastic, and the people very kind.The only fault was that there were no shades or drapes on the windows leaving us with no sense of privacy.We are planning on returning next winter!

Great home base for touring the Keys

We primarily selected this location due to its proximity to one of our favorite restaurants, but it turned out to be much more than we expected. The house is very clean and updated. We knew that the beach was not within walking distance when we booked, and that is normal in the Keys. It’s not a beach town. We spent two days diving and another day fishing. The water was super warm (87) and clear. The property manager has great communication and even reminded us of trash day and tropical storm warnings. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend time exploring the keys.

Nice home but.....

Accessing the water requires a drive to Sombrero Beach, approximately 6 miles away, as the nearby pier under the 7-mile bridge is inaccessible for swimming. Unfortunately, walking distance to a beach isn't an option here. While the house is clean and pleasant, it tends to be dimly lit, making activities like reading challenging. However, the outdoor porch offers a charming retreat, offering a slight view of the water beyond neighboring houses. Marathon might not be my top pick among the Keys towns. Additionally, early check-in isn't accommodated unless you're willing to pay an extra $100. Details for check-in are provided at 4:30 PM for a 5:00 PM check-in, which felt last-minute. The value for money seemed disproportionate. Beach supplies were limited to beach towels, with no umbrellas or chairs provided. Basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper were surprisingly absent.

Property was as described. Had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable. Good spot in the middle of the Keys with easy access to the other islands and many restaurants nearby. Quiet location with water views. Great parking. House was clean and comfortable.

Great time!

We loved this stay! The house was clean (and I’m picky) and well stocked. The location was so peaceful and we loved the ocean views from the deck. My husband and I sat out there every night after the kids went to bed. The only change I could ask for would be to have some storage/ mixing bowls in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We’d love to come back again!

Winter Break Getaway

Beautiful home, very well represented. Property mgmt very/immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. We book a house with a nice kitchen because we prefer preparing and eating our own food rather than restaurant food which can be variable at best. Kitchen was well equipped and lacking only a few items for our liking: strainer, salad spinner, some type of juicer, even a hand held one as we made Key lime pie the first night and had to hand squeeze the limes which was a challenge! Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. Good pots & pans, nice blender, toaster, coffee maker with filters available. The property did not include a beach umbrella or beach chairs. These are easily rented at some public beaches. Property did not have bicycles available and this being so close to 7-Mile Bridge biking path would have been welcome. Again, bikes are rentable nearby so if that’s of interest, be sure to plan accordingly. Generally a very quiet area save for the nightly noise from the nearby resort and outdoor shows. This is only heard if you are on tje deck at night. In the house with the AC on, you can’t hear a thing.
