This waterfront home features a private 35-ft dock on a deep canal, a newly completed pool, and a screened porch for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Inside offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and bright living areas. Boat, kayak, or explore nearby beaches, shops, and dining. Pool is complete; landscaping and finishing touches underway. The Space:

Bring your pup along and enjoy a private 35-foot dock on a deep, navigable canal—ideal for kayaking or heading out to open water by boat. After a day of adventures, relax with your furry friend in the fenced yard or on the screened-in porch overlooking the canal and swaying palms—it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.



Inside, the home offers a comfortable two-story layout, with two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, and a private third bedroom with en-suite bath upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a bright and breezy living area, perfect for relaxing with your whole pack—two- and four-legged alike.



Located in a pet-friendly, beachside neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a golf course, The Salty Dog is not only named for your best friend—it’s made for them. Whether splashing in the shallows, strolling the quiet streets, or snoozing in the shade, your dog will love this island escape as much as you do. The beach is pet-friendly too!

2 pet limit, Non-refundable pet fee of $150 required.

NOTE: Guest do not have access to the boat lift.



Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.
