âąâąâą Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 2 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
âąâąâą Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
âąâąâą Please take note that renters are not allowed to bring in personal watercraft such as boats, jet skis, etc. You may bring in and use kayaks.
