Welcome to this beautiful, newly constructed vacation home in Marathon, Florida. With its modern design and a newly installed pool, this property offers a perfect getaway for your Keys vacation. The open floor plan provides a spacious and inviting atmosphere, while the 65 feet of dock offers plentyof space to dock your boat and instant ocean access for boating enthusiasts.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views right from the balcony and dock. Inside, you'll find smart TVs in every room, ensuring entertainment and convenience during your stay. The house is tastefully furnished with brand new furnishings, creating a comfortable and stylish ambiance.

Centrally located, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants just minutes away. Explore nearby attractions such as Sombrero Beach, the Sea Aquarium, and fishing and snorkeling charter boats. For your convenience, we can assist in arranging chartered fishing trips, snorkeling adventures, kayak rentals, and boat rentals, all coordinated with trusted local captains and rental companies.

Truck and trailer parking is plentiful, allowing you to bring your own gear or rental equipment. If you have a boat, the boat ramp is available for your use (details provided upon request).

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. With a maximum occupancy of eight guests, it's an ideal space for families or small groups. Please note that there is a seven-night minimum stay, and pool heat is available for an additional fee.

The place of the house is amazing

It was kinda odd we had people coming in and out of the garage down stairs and then constantly the owners using the boat ramp and having to call for them to move there boat trailer so we could load our boat we dont mind but it should be known its a shared house and boat ramp for people to be aware. There are some things that was not comfortable when a family is staying there and the walls definitely need to be cleaned and washer but the house is gorgeous! The pool area was our favorite! So it does state free boat ramp but make sure its high tide when doing anything it needs go be brushed and is slippery as hell!!!!

Beautiful location that worked well for our family. Having a pool/hot tub and fishing/docking on site was great for keeping everyone entertained and relaxed. Communication from the host was excellent as well with great tips on local food and activities.

Amazing Vacation Rental

Frank was a great host. Easy to get ahold of and helped with anything we might need. The house was incredibly clean and had enough bath and pool towels. We are a family of 4 with two boys who had the best vacation fishing, kayaking and swimming. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to be in a beautiful home, with access to the water and in the center of everything. I don’t have enough good things to say about this property!

Great view and gracious hoat

Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony and pool/grill area. House very clean. Plenty of room for two couples or family. Great location,close to Vaca Cut and 7 mile bridge. Lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. Frank is wonderful host. Very responsive and friendly.

Wow! This property did not disappoint! Great location! We used the boat dock, pool, and spa every day! Frank was very attentive to any question or request we had! This home was great for us as we brought our boat & super easy access right out to ocean and other beautiful surrounding attractions! Pool & hot tub were perfect and loved the additional grassy turf area! Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was right in the center of marathon. Close to Publix and all the fast food. Very quick to respond when asked about kayaks being dropped off and hot tub issues. The hot tub would be our only True issue. It was never a good temp. We got there and it was too cold. Unfortunately anytime you need a temp change they have to come out to change for you. Even though they responded quickly I felt bad for continuing to reach out about the same issues. For us it would have been more convenient to have access to the temperature or for them to know what heat setting is best for the hot tub already. Unfortunately we never really got to use it the way we wanted to because of this

Overall a great option in a great location!

Overall, the property met our needs very well! The unit was clean and well equipped! Good clean canal with great access to the ocean! Nearest two boat ramps were challenging for a 27 foot boat. Bonefish Bay RV Park's is mostly rutty gravel with a small concrete section, and as we drove in we were informed that a boat smaller than ours had struggled to launch earlier and that the bottom of their trailer was scraping and almost got caught on the ramp. So, we ended up using the Marathon public ramp on the bay side, NE of Vaca Cut. Watch out for very shallow and rocky conditions around that ramp, especially at lower tide - our skeg was bouncing off rocks on the way out and on the way in. Also it is important to note that the approach to the rental unit's canal is marked by a piling with a STOP sign on the top and the entirety of the canal is delineated by PVC pipes. This is the only way to cross the grass flats - trying to cut across is not possible - we saw another boat perched on the grass flats as we were trying to find our way into the canal. The back of the property faces West, so although sunsets were beautiful, the back yard/pool area is in full sun in the afternoon/evening making it an extremely uncomfortable place to be unless you are in the pool. Would be a great place for a retractable awning! Thanks to Frank for excellent communication and an enjoyable stay!

Nice place, great location!

We had a great stay! The property was clean and beautiful with fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice space for 2 adults and 2 teens. This is a great location with plenty to do and fantastic restaurants.
