Inside, coastal themes abound throughout, and natural light flows through expansive windows to give this space a bright and airy feel. The open layout will be perfect for everyone to spread out while still having conversations between the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, you can bring along a few tasty recipes to prepare right at home base when you don't feel like dining out. And, everyone will stay entertained with free WiFi, streaming capabilities on the TV, and a desk for remote work if need be.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is currently construction going on in the lot next door to the home. Some construction noise may be heard.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests may not use the motorized boat lift but can use the other side of the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
