‱‱‱ 1st Level of the Home:

Upon entering Casa Playa, you'll find a sunlit entryway that leads you into a space reflecting the property's waterfront charm. Light wood-look tile floors and neutral walls set a calming tone. To the left, a staircase leads upstairs; to the right, you'll find the first of two master suites with a private ensuite bathroom. Straight ahead are the main living areas.

The spacious gourmet kitchen features a large breakfast bar and is fully equipped with cookware, a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and dishes. You'll also find a cooktop, oven, and microwave for home-cooked meals.

The kitchen flows into a cozy living room with a 75-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. A fully equipped laundry room and a half bathroom are also on this floor.

The living room opens to one of three furnished terraces with ocean views. The terrace includes a large dining table and ceiling fan, making it perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

‱‱‱ Outdoor Oasis:

On the ground floor, you'll find a full outdoor kitchen and patio with a stainless steel BBQ, sink, and fridge. Enjoy the fenced yard while cooking, and set up a movie night on the 120-inch screen or catch the game on the flat-screen TV. The patio also features a corn hole set, countertop bar, and pool table, with ceiling fans for comfort.

This Marathon vacation rental also offers a floating dock with space for two Jetskis and 36 feet of additional dock. You'll have access to two kayaks and paddleboards. The heated pool includes a private spa. Additional features include outdoor security cameras and separate AC units on each floor for added convenience.

‱‱‱ 2nd Level of the Home:

Head upstairs to discover three inviting bedrooms. The second master suite features a private bathroom, a large Smart TV, and its own ocean-view terrace—perfect for unwinding with a nightcap. Two additional bedrooms share a stylish Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Plus, an upstairs kitchenette and TV room provide all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.


‱‱‱ Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

‱‱‱ Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

‱‱‱ If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

‱‱‱ This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

WARNING: CONSTRUCTION FROM SUNRISE TO SENSET

We just rented this house and they were doing construction at the neighbors house and backyard pool the entire time. It was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk while laying by the pool. We were woken up every morning by the noise of cutting tiles and metal. We had to leave the house during the day so we could enjoy our trip. I would not rent this place for at least the next 6 months to 1 yr. until the construction finished. Truly ruined our trip!

60th Birthday

Overall the house was very nice and new. Obviously the salt air takes it's toll on equipment and chairs outside, so some of the furniture did not look like the pictures and a few items were not what was shown in the photo's. The house is listed as "High Tech" which it is, but there were no instruction what so ever on how to operate the Multiple TV's and speakers throughout the house. Fortunately we have our kids who managed to figure out after a few hours. The awnings that are attached to the house for shade over the pool and pool area as described in the listing turned out did not work as it was explained to us when we called the real estate company. Also there were a lot of outside light bulbs that needed to be replace. Yes I know I'm nit picking but at $10K for the week.......... With all of that said, I "would" rent this house again.

I must say this was such a beautiful home loaded with everything you need to make your stay great! Not much privacy outdoors and there is construction going on! Great house, bad location.

Entertaining home

House is brand new with lots of fun amenities to keep the family entertained!! Marathon is still rebuilding and this is one of its new homes that is very customized for all to enjoy. With that said there are homes under construction directly across the canal which go on during the day. We rented a boat and were out on the water when conditions allowed - just know that people are still rebuilding and try not to let the construction disrupt your vacation
