Location, location, location! Large, comfortable, fancy flat in Sommerschield neighborhood, Maputo. So easy to walk to all you need, with all you need inside! The Space:
Perfect and quite location on Sommerschield neighborhood, this place is a traditional wood floor house with large windows in the living room . The feelings are cozy, warm, like home. There is a super spacious living room with a dining table that seats 6, one couch for 4. There is also a spacious balcony with two chairs to enjoy your time.
Three double bedrooms, two of them en-suite. Each room has a wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and luggage. All rooms has air conditioner and are equipped with towels and sheets which are regularly changed.
There are three complete bathrooms, two with showers and one with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is also a kitchen countertop that seats 4 for your quick meals :).
Our maid comes regularly to clean and take care of the house.
The location is beyond great and safe. Looking for a restaurant? In walking distance you have plenty of options, in Mao-Tse-Tung avenue, you will find Banks, Supermarket, haircutter and several shops for all your needs.
