The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home!



Seaward Dream's vaulted wood ceilings and exposed beams provide majestic, rustic charm throughout the main floor. This craftsman-style home has two primary bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two full bathrooms. Centrally located, 1/2 block walk to shops, fine dining, artwork, a short walk to the beach, and all things you'll love about Manzanita.



Seaward Dream offers a simple yet open layout, allowing for maximum entertainment. This home offers a king primary bedroom and a queen primary bedroom on the main floor. Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft, which features a full and twin-size bed with a TV, DVD, and cable. The loft is an ideal place for kids or teens.



Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that includes amenities such as a blender, dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats six comfortably. Snuggle up on the oversized L-shaped couch to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the roaring fire in the fireplace or pull out a board game for a night of family fun.



Surrounded by nature, this home feels secluded and private, yet steps to town and a few blocks up from the beach. Lounge out on the large deck, have a soak in the hot tub, or relax near the outdoor fire pit while gazing up at the stars.

Whatever you envision for your relaxing getaway, Seaward Dream will surely be a family favorite!



Please note that access to both bathrooms is in the downstairs bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:

SeaWard Dream is located in the heart of Manzanita, 1/2 block to town and less then a 10 minute walk to the beach. We love the location close to town as you have restaurants, the pub, coffee shops, and the beach very close. The house sits on a quiet street and is close to everything in Manzanita.



Getting Around:

No need for a car in Manzanita if you wish to not drive. Everything is very close, including our Little Apple Deli in downtown Manzanita. If you would like to venture out of Manzanita, there is public transportation called "The Wave". The Portland airport is the closest commercial airport to us and its about a 2 hour drive. You can rent a car at the airport or have family/friends bring you out to the coast.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.

A lovely and unique property. We loved that downtown eateries, shops, and the beach were all within close walking distance. Approximately a 3 minute walk to downtown and within 5 minutes you're on a lovely and clean beach.We enjoyed the extra amenities of a hot tub and fireplace. The day before we left it was rainy and it was cozy to have a fire.The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you need. An added bonus was the large deck with outdoor seating. We enjoyed a number of meals in the outdoor space.

Seaward Dreams is our go to vacation rental when we visit Manzanita Beach. We have been staying here for years and we are never disappointed. Our recent stay was everything we had hoped for as it had been 5 years since our last visit. Spectacular and beautiful!

This is such a special house — it has beautiful, thoughtful design elements, a gorgeous living room, two super lovely bedrooms, and a great kitchen space. The hot tub is wonderful, and the house feels very private, well situated in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from Yolk restaurant and the primary downtown of Manzanita. I so hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful getaway and felt so comfortable and cozy at Seaward Dream. Home had everything we needed. Attention to detail was evident, very clean, comfy furnishings, beautiful fireplace (wood provided), and great hot tub. The staff at Manzanita Beach Getaway were amazing to work with, it’s obvious how much they care for their guests, and enjoy what they do. They are absolutely the best choice in property management for a flawless getaway in Manzanita Beach!

Our recent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The house was spotless, well supplied for kitchen ware, towels for the hot tub and additional linens. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers with nice towels. Easy access to restaurants Yolk and Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro for breakfast and dinner 1/2 a block away and easy walking to the rest of downtown Manzanita and the beach. Would love to come back sometime.

Lovely Homey Cabin

What a charming cabin. It feels like the place your family kept sacred for many years. There are touches of a well loved home and great cook wear. It's clear the owners of this cabin frequent this place and want it to feel comfortable for their guests. It's a nice walk to the beach and very convenient to town.

Great stay

Great and comfortable stay. Well stocked home with everything you need for a home away from home. Strong internet for anyone wanting to stream or needing to work. A special treat was having a fire in the stove on the one rainy day of our vacay--appreciated the provided wood. Hot tub was great. Perfect location about one block from town, a few blocks from the ocean. Dog friendly home with no extra fee for our furry babies. Thanks for the hospitality!
