We had a party of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. This house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the essential pots/pans/appliances/spices we needed to make several meals for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great temperature. A few notes for other groups: the hot tub area is not covered by a roof so if it’s rainy, you will get rained on/pine needles and cones blown onto you as you soak. It’s not terrible, just something to keep in mind. Our tweens loved staying on a different level than all the adults near the game room, but if you have smaller children who won’t love being on a different floor than parents, you may want to look for another setup. Also, the sound proofing in this house is not very extensive, so if some people stay up later than others, you will be able to hear them in the living room/kitchen from your bedroom.

This property came as advertised. Jamie, the owner, takes great pride in the house being very clean and well cared for with lots of extras including bikes, beach towels and chairs, and upscale pots and pans. It was minutes from the beach. Perfect for our mini family reunion. Just one suggestion, we arrived and left in the dark and the first part of the stairs was very dark.

Not a "WORRY FREE... DREAM Vacation... Home" we were promised by Vacasa. Extremely poor customer service that took days and hours of communication and were never resolved. -Dirty floors -Disheveled Couch with feathers and debris-Ottoman had debris all over it-Dining room table and chairs were dirty-Dirty utensils in the drawers. -Bedspread on the master bed was gritty with sand-Bloodstained blanket in various spots and unfortunately, it was dark when we put the blanket on the bed-Master bathroom sink clogged. It took 3 minutes or more to drain. -Pac Man Video game control was broken, and one of the Foosball Table handles was broken -Hot tub- disgusting, a pungent mildew smell, discolored water, white and brown slimy materials and other debris and detritus, a pink slime near the jets and brown slime on the insulation cover-Wifi is poor and had to stay in a corner of the dining room to take phone calls and connect to internet- this is an issue the property management acknowledged was ongoing. -Mattresses are not greatWe contacted Vacasa to convey our concerns when we arrived but after daily and multiple attempts the issues were never resolved. Ultimately, we asked to escalate the issues the day before we were leaving and they offered us a refund of the cleaning fees with no apology or concern for the poor quality of our stay and experience.

Happy gathering space

We loved the proximity to the beach! The walk or bike ride downtown was also easy. The home was welcoming and inviting. We made many great meals in the kitchen. It sleeps 10 comfortably. If you bring 12 people, the last two people get the pull out couch. Please take note that the home is entered via a side stairway, so if you have trouble with stairs, then pick a different house. We loved our stay at this welcoming home and would return again!

Beautiful home beds need updated

Beautiful home and well equipped with all your cooking and fun needs. The queen bed in one of the rooms is horrible as well as the pull out bed. The pool table is a fun additive but needs some repairs. Great location and close to the beach!

Great Gathering Spot

This home is well stock and equipped to make a trip to the beach one to remember. The kitchen as everything you need and more while the rest of the home provides ample space and amenities for all. The location is close enough to town but situated in a quiet area super close to the beach.

Lovely stay in Manzanita! House is well-equipped. Highlights include lounging on the couch, playing table tennis, and relaxing in the hot tub. Kitchen is stocked well and we really appreciated the details -hot tub towels and dog-friendly supplies.

Wonderful house with great places to gather (big couch, big kitchen table, great kids area). Hot tub was great after hiking. Flip-flops and hot tub towels by the hot tub. Close to hiking, restaurants, ocean. The kitchen is really really well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Fluffy white towels. Beds comfy. Brand new ping-pong paddles. Foosball table. Definitely a great place to stay!!

Great Stay in Manzanita

Fabulous weekend in Manzanita. The home was great for hanging out, big open floor plan in the main area. We had the pleasure to meet the owners in person, and they are wonderful people. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere as well stocked with all the necessary items as well as gadgets. You know it is well stocked when there needs to be a page long directory on the fridge. Lots of bikes for riding into town. The only small negative was the electronic door lock. It was very cumbersome to figure out. Except for that, it was great!

Perfect place for two families with young kids

We stayed at the house for three nights with a total of six adults and five children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own floor with a bunk bed room and their own living room. The garage was stocked with all the beach toys and necessities. The house is only a block from the beach, a one minute drive to the strip in town, and even closer to the Manzanita Links golf course. We'd definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Great home near beach

The Living Spaces of this home are very nice and spacious. The kitchen was the best stocked that I have ever seen. We appreciated the abundance of available towels, also. The available games and bikes were a plus. The pillows could have been fluffier. Mine was so flat I had to double it over. The master shower could use some regrouting as it looked like some mold was in the grout in places. The house worked so well for us that it is a place I would want to rent again, except the fees were so outrageous I don't think I will be renting from you again.
