With views nothing short of spectacular, this large family home is perfect for a South Coast escape!

With panoramic ocean vistas extending past Green Island, and all the way down to the Ulladulla headland and lighthouse, you will be absolutely mesmerised.

Enjoy watching the whale migration and the dolphins virtually playing in your backyard, or follow the short walk down to the beach and rockpools. After a swim at the beach, wash off under the outdoor shower when you return home.

With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, this home provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some relaxed and replenishing time together.

Manyana is a popular spot, well-known for its beautiful unspoilt beaches, and the easy access to Lake Berringer for all your water sports.

The upstairs area of the home, in an elevated position showcases amazing 180 degree views of the ocean and Pigeon House Mountain, allowing you to capture both the sunrise and sunset.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area. While the large windows and screen doors allow the ocean breeze to flow through during the warmer months.

The downstairs rumpus room is a great space for the kids to enjoy and unwind in.

Bedding Configuration -

Upstairs -

Master - Queen bed with ensuite, also opening out onto the deck. You would be forgiven for not wanting to get up, as the view from your bed is spectacular and breakfast in bed could become a habit.

Downstairs -

Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single bunk beds

Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels.

Please Note -

- The garage is not for guests use

- We also kindly advise that top bunks are not suitable for adults.

- This property has a strict no pet policy.

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- Please note that the gas fireplace has been temporarily decommissioned and is not in use.
