Welcome to our cozy and stylish studio in the heart of downtown Manteo, NC! This beautiful space is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to experience the charm and convenience of living in one of the Outer Banks' most historic and picturesque towns full of history and rich in culture.
The studio is located in a prime location a block from the Manteo waterfront. You'll also find a variety of unique shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away from your front door. It's also only 12 minutes from Nags Head beaches.
Inside the second floor 690sqft studio, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed and a modern bathroom with an in suite washer and dryer. The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa, smart TV with cable, and internet. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and dishes to whip up a delicious meal.
Start your morning watching the sunrise just over the sound viewable from the front of the unit and outdoor areaway.
For your convenience, we provide all linens, towels, and toiletries. You can pull right up to the steps of the building to unload and there are many areas to park including behind the building (my everyday go to), in front, street, and a huge new city parking lot 1 block away. Please keep in mind the unit is accessible only by stairs.

Cute Studio Apartment

We had a great time in Manteo. Its an adorable little town and this apartment is in the heart of it all. Check in was easy and everything was clean and comfortable. It was also really nice to be able to bring our pet along. I highly recommend this property.

Home Base for a Concert

We really enjoyed our stay. This studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the festival park, the Manteo waterfront, shops, and a few restaurants and delis. We were surprised to find some waters and drinks in the frig and a bottle of wine as well. Very appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.
