It’s a beautiful home, well kept up and an amazing kitchen. We are all cooks so there was every pot, pan, knife, utensil, etc. that one could ever hope for. The layout of the home is excellent for two unrelated families. There are two distinct areas with bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Our only “complaint”, if you can even call it that, is that it’s a fairly long walk to the beach. On the return trip it’s all uphill. However, golf carts are available for rental, and if you just factor that into the overall cost, it will make getting around much easier.

This is a great condo! Clean, kitchen is well stocked and the king size bed is so comfortable. We always come back to this condo; one of the reasons is because Bonnie, the property manager, is so easy to work with and makes sure the unit is pristine.

Heaven at Wapato

We have stayed in many units on Wapato Point over the years and this one was the best experience yet!!! The unit was immaculate, amazing layout, quiet & private but just a short walk to our boat and all the amenities. The beds were delightful. It was an amazing vacation.

Lovely Family Stay at Wapato Point

My family and I had an amazing time at Bonnie's property at Wapato Point. We stayed the week in between Christmas and New Years. There was snow on the ground so my kids could go sledding during the day. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. One of the days we went down to the kiosk and did arts and crafts. Bonnie's condo was a perfect cabin feel getaway for us with a lovely fireplace for us to enjoy in the evening. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. Would definitely stay here again. Bonnie was great and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Property with Peekaboo View of Lake Chelan

Pros: 1. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals; 2. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed (we did not stay in the second bedroom with the single bed and bunk beds, so we cannot vouch for the comfort level there); 3. the accommodations were nice and very clean; 4. There is a grocery store very close to the property for convenience. Cons: 1. After I booked and paid, there was an $88 increase from the property manager with no explanation of what it was for. More fees? I asked, but did not receive an answer; 2. The living room couch and loveseat are too soft and uncomfortable, (There was one small chair in the living room that was comfortable); 3. It is the guests responsibility to take out the garbage and it is not clear where to take it. It would be helpful if there were directions and clear signage at the disposal site; 4. This is beyond the control of the property owner, but every day we were there, by 8:30am they were mowing the lawn, trimming trees or using a leaf blower; 5. It is close to a pool, but it was closed during our stay.

Had a great time at Halmaka502B. Beautiful property with lots of swimming, pickleball, games wine; great moments with family and friends. A casual suggestion upgrade would be to replace the single twin bed with a full size bed in the kids bedroom. woaccomodate a pther ciuple

Home away from home.

This rental was very clean and comfortable. It had a well=stocked kitchen, plenty of room. Would stay here again. One thing to mention is the second bedroom is set up more for kids than adults. My daughter was a ittle to tall for the twin, so for larger adults it may not be too comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable.

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed Wapato Point and the condo was excellent. The location of the condo is perfect for a short walk to the lake and pool. You can also view the lake from the back patio and the grassy hillside is perfect for kids to play. Our kids also enjoyed the bunk beds and the numerous games provided. Lastly, we appreciated all the spices, coffee, and other amenities provided in the kitchen for cooking meals. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for our family

This was very convenient and my kids had a blast. We brought their bikes so as we were getting things ready for the day they could ride around or down to the beach. The layout was very nice with master bedroom on one end of home and children’s bedroom on other end of home. The BBQ was so nice to be able to use and propane ready to use! The kitchen had a bunch of utensils and dishes that came in handy! The atmosphere was cozy and my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptionally clean and a great location!

Our experience was easy, convenient, and relaxing. We stayed in this part of town because of the proximity to the lake, and the proximity to great biking and hiking opportunities. The check-in process was easy and the host communicative. The home is immaculately clean and the kitchen well stocked (important as we only ate out once!). The patio was spacious and private. We absolutely loved this condo and look forward to staying here again!

Awesome family time

Enjoyed the stay, the house was clean and well maintained. All appliances are new, helped a lot with 2 kids. My kids loved the bunk bed 😀 The view from the patio is Serene. We will surely come back again.

Excellent property

Great location on lake Chelan which I have visited numerous times since 1965. It is a pristine lake. My only other thought is this particular condo is best suited for one couple and three to four children as there is only one double bed. You won't be disappointed!
