Plan your next vacation at one of Washington State's most desired vacation spots - Wapato Point Resort. Single level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home complete with lots of outdoor patio areas for evening relaxation or enjoying the sun during the day. This home is located 1 block to 2 sandy beach park areas and the outdoor pool.

This 1400 square foot home features the following:

** Fully Equipped Kitchen with Bar Seating for 2
** Dining Area with seating for 6 and access to patio with Gas BBQ, outdoor dining and fire pit
** Living Room with TV/DVD, comfortable furnishings and access to patio
** Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV, private full bathroom (tub/shower) and access to patio
** Guest Bedroom with Bunk Bed and Queen Bed
** Guest Bathroom with tub/shower
** Washer/Dryer
** Fire Pit, Gas BBQ Grill, Basketball Hoop and lots of outdoor patio furnishings
** Plenty of driveway parking
** Garage with ping pong table. Golf Cart & water toys hanging in the rafters in garage is for Owner Use only.

If you want to reserve a boat or jet ski prior to your arrival, you can call Shoreline Watercraft Rentals at 509-682-1515. If you want to reserve a Golf Cart prior to your arrival, call Zero Handicap at 509-670-8860.

This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

Wedding weekend

We had a great time enjoying all the amenities of Wapito Point while visiting Manson for a family wedding. The house slept all 5 of us comfortably and the kids had a great time playing board games and basketball.

Family Favorite!

This was our second summer staying at Casita, and it was just as great as the first! Loved the addition of the Ping-Pong table! The location is great for beach access too. Also, the best lawn and morning coffee spot on the point!

Great house on Wapato. Fully stocked. Great outdoor space as well! Only complaint is both beds are uncomfortable and bring your own pillow for comfort. Directions on how to use electronics would be helpful. And, you do have to take trash all the way to compactor by maintenance shed.

This house was perfect. We loved the open floor plan and the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the patio watching people and animals. It was close to the beach and pool. A perfect house.

Weekend getaway

The property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Love the use of all of the outdoor space and very quiet community. The beds are a little hard but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Summarize the home was Immaculate and had everything we needed.. It is great that there are outdoor areas to relax both in the front and rear of home. Very nice neighborhood with places to walk.

Extended Vacation

Some of our family wanted to extend our stay at the Lake post Labor Day. We found the opportunity to rent this lovely home and enjoyed! Had everything we needed for both indoor and outdoor living. Plus, easy accessibility to either beach at Wapato, or the outdoor pool.

Clean kid friendly property!

Property included a number of board games and a basketball court that we all enjoyed using in the evening. Can see the lake from the main living room and is a very short walk both to the outdoor pool and the beach at wapato. Very relaxing vacation as the house came with basically everything we needed. Only improvement could have been more wash clothes as we had to wash them a couple times for a family of 5 but the unit has laundry and supplies available for guests which is great. Property was incredibly clean on check-in and we will likely be back!

This casita was perfect for our family with 2 kids! The layout is great, tons of outdoor space, and loved the high ceilings with lots of light. Wapito Point has fantastic amenities with the pool and beach a close walk away.
