Located less than 15 minutes from area attractions including Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Mansfield's historic downtown, Shawshank prison, and restaurants and nightlife.
The space
Guests can access the property by a private entrance which also serves as a paved walking trail. The 2000 square feet of guest house living space includes a well equipped kitchen and large family room with wood floors and wood vaulted ceiling where guests can prepare their own meals . In the adjoining common area guests can enjoy a game of pool. The spacious interior incorporates five retractable wooden garage doors and the original vinyl floor with brand new bedrooms and master bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV and hi-speed internet. Guests can enjoy the wood burning fire pit by the pond in the evenings or just sit on the deck and relax.
Guest access
Guests have access to the grounds, walking path, pond, fire pit, Pickleball, and woods. The biking trail is nearby.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles including trucks, RVs, trailers and haulers, locked garages for motorcycles, essential tools and air compressor, and outdoor water spigots. .
