If you have a large group, Orchard Beach House Unit #4 is perfect for you! Taking up the entire second floor of Orchard Beach House, with three additional units below available for rent as well, you have more than enough room for extended family. You can easily sleep 16 adults or up to 22 adults and children in this unit alone! ** Hot Tub and Sauna are included!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

With five large bedrooms and a separate living room with two queen sleeper sofas in Unit #4, there is more than enough room for everyone in your party to have privacy and get a peaceful night’s sleep. Enjoy the luxury of your own ensuite bathroom in the spacious King suite or Queen suite. A third bedroom has a queen, and the remaining two bedrooms are set up with full-over-full bunk beds perfect for all the kids to have fun beach vacation sleepovers.

With four full bathrooms, there won’t be any fighting over sinks or waiting for the shower. We provide bath towels, soaps, and basic cleaning supplies, so just bring your favorite toiletries.

Living Area

If you’re staying with multiple families, or even just want some separation from the kids, you’ll love Unit #4’s two living areas. The first is right around the corner from the kitchen and has a large open area, making it the perfect spot for the kids to play while you’re cooking in the kitchen. It also has a sofa with a chaise lounge, cozy armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.

The second, super spacious living area has two queen sleeper sofas, so it’s an ideal extra bedroom if needed. It also has two comfy armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy electric fireplace.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen and dining area in this unit is incredibly open and spacious. Have multiple cooks in the kitchen? No problem! There is a ton of storage, ample counter space for meal prep, and two large peninsulas where the group can congregate to grab drinks and snacks any time.

Before heading out for the day, serve a quick meal at the breakfast bar with seating for four. The rest of the family can gather at the dining table with bench seating that can fit six or more. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace makes mealtime extra cozy.

Outdoor Amenities

Enjoy the serene setting and Orchard Beach House’s shared amenities right in your backyard. Hang around the fire pit, get steamy in the sauna, or fire up the grill and dine al fresco at one of several outdoor dining tables on the patio. Large hot tub included!

With an ideal location North of Manistee and close to the beaches, trails, and scenic views of Orchard Beach State Park, there is so much fun to be had at Orchard Beach House. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach, exploring beautiful Lake Michigan, and strolling through Downtown Manistee, then head home to the perfect, relaxing beach retreat.

Things to Note

To access this second-level unit, you’ll enter through the back of the building and use the stairs. Guests will be given a keyless entry code prior to arrival.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
