Century City neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city via a network of roads and public transportation. There are a number of restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as a number of parks and green spaces. -The nearest paid parking is located at Century City Mall nearby. They charge Php 50 for the first 3 hours, Php 20 per succeeding hour, and an additional overnight fee of Php 500 after 3AM.

- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance

- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit

- Check out is 11am latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
