Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to our unit and the building’s amenities, including high-speed internet, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and complete kitchen appliances. Shared building features include swimming pools, a gym, a playground, and a convenience store. You’ll also benefit from 24/7 security and front desk assistance.

Pool Access Details:

Rate: ₱150 per person, per day

Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
To use the pool or gym, please inform us in advance so we can assist with access arrangements.

For weekends and holidays, kindly notify us ahead of time, as the admin office is closed on these days. Only the individuals listed on the visitor's pass will be allowed to purchase amenity vouchers. This policy helps maintain a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.
