Here are the detailed informations, FAQ’s, and simple House Rules we need you to consider & what you need to know:

NOTE: PLEASE READ it carefully, this may help you answer all your queries and PLEASE let ALL of your guests read & understand the house rules. If you are booking for someone else, pls forward this to them, to avoid penalties.

This is a typical 2 units of 1BR Condo with connecting doors inside both rooms have their own doors. The set up of the each unit is 2 deluxe queen size beds & 2 Double size bed. 2 Bathrooms and 2 kitchens. A total of 4 beds for the 2 units and its approximately 48sqm for the entire 2 units both have no balcony. We also have 2 Smart TV with wifi. Both rooms have 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchennettes.

Actual unit is posted. Pls feel free to check the photos given. Thank you for your cooperation.

The location is infront of MOA, One- Two Hundred meters away/ 3-5 mins. walking distance, 10 mins drive to NAIA Terminals via NAIAX. The unit is Located in the 15th floor (penthouse) of Tower D SEA RESIDENCES.

1. CHECK IN/OUT: Check in time is between 3PM-11PM. If the room is ready before 3PM, we can let you check in. If you are a traveller or you will arrive later than the check in hours, please notify us ahead of time. Any arrivals beyond check in time will still covers the period of your booking date.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTION:

On the day of your arrival, please send us a message in this number GLOBE: Zero nine seven seven, 849, one one zero eight, confirming your (arrival date and time, complete name of the main guest. We will meet you in the Lobby of Tower D, bring with you your 1 VALID ID only of the MAIN GUEST/ Any of the guests (no need for a VAXX Card) for the registration. We will assist you upon check in.

Check out time is 12 NOON (if you wish to extend, 400 per hour & subject to room availability).

DURING YOUR STAY: Please follow house rules, some house rules and guidelines are given upon arrival. Hanging of clothes in the balcony is strictly prohibited, a fine of 1,000 if caught violating the rules. VIDEOKE or loud noises are NOT allowed. Bringing of pets is NOT allowed.


CHECK OUT INSTRUCTION:

For Self Check out, kindly leave the key and the RFID Card in the table near the TV only (PLEASE DON'T PUT IN THE MAILBOX). Kindly TURN OFF lights and AC. Kindly leave the room open. CCTV’s in the hallways are active so no need to worry about anything.ALL GARBAGES, please sealed it tidy and clean and put it under the lavatory cabinets (DO NOT PUT OUTSIDE THE MAIN DOOR/ HALLWAY). If Lost Keys and RFID, We cannot refund the sec deposit or we can deduct it in your credit card.

2. COOKING ROOM: We provide basic cooking wares each room incase you wish to cook. Kindly keep the kitchen tidy all the time.

3. LINENS: We ONLY provide linens and towels only for each registered guests. We DONT provide toiletries and bathroom essentials, you may bring your personal hygiene kit with you.

4. RATES: The Rates will depend on how many pax will stay . (Additional person charge is P500/head for adults, 200/head for kids 3yrs-10yrs old. Charge for extra person is on per day basis.)

NOTE: Upon booking, you need to input all the guests per head, VRBO/ Expedia will automatically send you the room price depends on your registered guests. Please take note that ONLY registered guests are allowed in the unit..


5. EARLY CHECK IN: Early check fee is 400 per hour and it’s subject for room availability. Please inform us ahead if you wish to avail early check in.

6. POOL OPERATIONS & FEES: Swimming pool is open to all ages (infants, toddlers, adults), a fee of 150/per head per day (adults/kids) on regular days, 300/head per day for Holidays unli pass 6am-10pm daily (APPLICABLE TO ALL GUESTS). If you wish to use the pool for the following day, please buy vouchers on the first day of your check in date, Note: Staff will only available by 10AM-7PM daily, we cannot accommodate early calls/request unless you have to wait for 10AM for the purchase. You can avail our pool vouchers upon arrival, please approach our staff RJ Oliva/ Josh Ducoy.

7. SWIMMING ATTIRE: Proper swimming attire is a MUST.

8. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please DO NOT throw garbage outside the door or in the hallway, ( please mind that there’s an active CCTV in the hallway) A fine of 1000 once caught violating the Building rules). You may throw your rubbish in the designated trash bins (GREEN BIN) beside Basement elevator lobbies. Or may simply leave the rubbish sealed and tidy in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, staff will collect it on the day of your check out date.

9. VISITORS: All Visitors have the privilege to visit inside the room or common areas during the daytime or until 6PM only.

10. OTHER CONCERNS: The building does not tolerate loud noises, partying, loud musics inside the unit & in common areas, so that we don’t disturb some other tenants or unit owners in the neighborhood. Pets are also NOT allowed within building premises.



11. NON SMOKING ROOM. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room or in the balcony. A fine of 1,000 once caught violating the rule. Any visible cigarette butts or stinky cigarette odor inside the room are grounds for the violation. Instead, we have allocated a smoking area on the ground floor, near the driveway. Vape or non nicotine liquids are allowed.

12. PARKING: We have available pay parking onsite.Parking fee is approx 250-300 (price will change without prior notice) overnight located just across SEA RESIDENCES beside GOLDEN PHOENIX HOTEL. Note that the property will not hold any liability for the parking, you can directly coordinate with them.

13. VISITORS POLICY: Due to this pandemic, we do not allow visitors, only registered guests can enter the room (must observe social distancing). Max of 10 pax only can enter the room and only paid guests.

14. SECURITY DEPOSIT: . For your convenience, we do not collect Security Deposit, if in case there’s a penalty, violation or damage incur, we will just deduct it in your credit card.

15. HANGING OF CLOTHES or towels, etc. in the balcony or railings is strictly NOT Allowed. Guard is closely monitoring on that. Building admin will imposed penalty min of 1,000 .

16. REQUIREMENT: Upon booking, we only require valid ID for each guest (adults only) and complete names of each guest (adults and kids/infants). Please send it here with this format:

I highly suggest that you park beside GOLDEN PHOENIX Hotel right across Sea Residences (just walking distance). Their rate is P250-300 overnight ++ cheaper compared to the parking in Sea Residences.

the shower was broken the floor in the bathroom is so wet . and when we came in the room someone is on our room that supposed to be in another room because the room was open so anyone can get it . the host didn’t come so everyone just go by them self it’s ok if we go in the room ourselves but it’s just open so you know people just go in even is not there room . and it’s so small .
