12 hours Madera for Short Stay near SM Nova

This private unit is perfect for couple, and group's short stay for 12 hours. Checkin at 9PM, checkout at 9AM.

Located in residential area just 5-10mins away to SM Novaliches! A safe & peaceful unit!

Rest assured that we are cleaning and sanitizing the unit every booking as we value our guest's health & safety. We also use fog machine to disinfect the whole unit.
The space
This unique home is fully airconditioned. Madera means wood and unit flooring is made of wood. Unit located at 2nd floor and it has a style on its own.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Checkout time: On or before 11:00AM

Unlimited PLDT internet connection with up to 150mbps. Its shared network and router is located just beside this unit. We will provide the Wi-Fi details upon check-in.

It has 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: this is what you will see upon entering the unit. It has double sized bed, workstation area, dining table, aircon and SMART TV facing the bed with Netflix and YouTube ready.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double sized bed and 1 single bed, aircon and wardrobe. (this room will be opened if booking for 4 adult guests and up only).

Light cooking is allowed and basic dining utensils are provided. It has electric stove, 1 pan, mini refrigerator, electric water kettle, microwave, oven toaster and rice cooker.

Our comfort room is equipped with shower and bidet. Clothes iron will be available upon request.

We provide starter toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste and tissue. Towels based on number of guest but max of 5 towels only. 6th guests onwards must bring their own towels.

We have minibar located in the hallway where you can purchase/order some snack, drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice and more. (Subject for availability)

Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness. Hallway is monitored by CCTV.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest would need to provide valid government-issued ID (local guests) or copy of your passport (foreigners) and fill-out our online travel & health declaration form upon booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
> For 2 guests, only Bedroom 1 will be open.
> For 3 guests, only Bedroom 1 will be open with additional 1 single floor mattress.
> For 4-5 guests, both Bedroom 1 & 2 will be open.
> For 6 guests and up, both Bedroom 1 & 2 will be open with additional 1 queen floor mattress, 2 pillows and 1 blanket. Guests can sneak in bed or bring their own mattress/pillows/blankets.

PARKING:
1. For 1 motorcycle or bicycle, guest can park in our hallway for free (gated).
2. For vehicle, there is a street parking just in front of our house for free.
3. Pay parking in vacant lot near the unit. Guest must check with caretaker there. More or less Php50/night fee.
**Note: Parking slot is subject for availability. Park at your own risk & first come first serve basis.**

OTHERS (Add-on):
For rent: Brand new 1 JBL PartyBox On-The-Go with 1 JBL Wireless Microphone for PHP 600 per night.
> Connect to JBL PartyBox Speaker via Bluetooth by using your personal mobile, tablet or laptop and steam your favorite Karaoke playlist in YouTube, then get on the mic and enjoy your karaoke with friends!
> Usage until 11:00PM only and can resume at 7:00AM next day. Return time at 10:00AM. Must be used inside the unit only.
> Security Deposit: Php 500. Additional microphone: Php 150.
> Contract will be provided upon check-in.
> Subject for availability. Must inform your host before booking if you will avail to ensure slot/availability.
