Villa Santina is a holiday home with panoramic view on Salina dei Monaci, in Torre Colimena. The holiday home is 100 meter away from the beach and it accommodates up to 9 guests.
The entirely-fenced villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, tv, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, balcony with view on the sea. Pets are allowed.

Villa Santina is on the raised ground floor, introduced by a spacious furnished porch with oudoor dining table. All around it, the exclusive garden with outdoor shower.
The villa opens into a small hallway, leading to the every room.
It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, dining table, tv and kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. Moreover, there are two recently-built bathrooms.
The
air conditioning is in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is
equipped with washing machine, fridge and electric oven and a small
balcony with view on the sea.

Villa Santina is by the beautiful area of Salina dei Monaci, 100 meters away from the beach.
It`s
the ideal solution for a holiday dedicated to nature. It`s within
walking distance from the beach with high dunes and Mediterranean scrub,
with crystal-clear sea and cliff with amazing sea bottoms.
The villa is 5 minutes` drive away from the beach in Punta Prosciutto, one of the most famous beaches on the coast of Porto Cesareo, a dream-like holiday by the sea in Salento.
The
view from Villa Santina is exceptional: from the balcony you can enjoy
beautiful sunsets and Summer sunrises or admire the pink flamingos which
made this oasis their refuge.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
