The apartment consists of: living room with sofa, TV, table and chairs and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with crib, 1 triple bedroom with single beds. Complete the house 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, before the terrace, there is a laundry room for common use of all guests.

The apartment is located in the town of San Pietro in Bevagna, just 300 meters from the sea and a short walk from all the main services.
The lively seaside resort unrolls along the Ionian coast of Taranto, in the territory of Manduria. It has soft sandy beaches and crystal blue sea, suitable for all age groups.
There are also two important nature sites in San Pietro in Bevagna: the Salina dei Monaci and the mouth of the Chidro River.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
