Spacious
and bright, the Appartamento La Trozzella consists of rooms furnished
with care and simplicity. The entrance is in a room with double sofa bed and small terrace, from which the corridor to the other rooms starts.
The living area consists of living room with dining room, TV and double sofa bed. Next to the living room are the kitchenette and the first shower room. From the kitchenette and living room you exit to a spacious veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The real sleeping area has two bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin with single beds, both with French doors overlooking a large balcony. Completing the house is the second full shower room, preceded by laundry compartment.
The
apartment is street-facing, elevated by a few steps, with entrance into
a stairwell shared with a professional studio located upstairs.

just 500 meters from the center of the town of ancient Messapian
origins, where there are not only all the main services, but also many
places of historical and cultural interest in a charming historic
center.
Manduria is also a town renowned for its Primitivo wine,
and it is the vineyards that accompany along the roads leading to the
nearby Ionian coast of Salento, to the nearest beaches: San Pietro in Bevagna is just 12 km away.
Just
outside the town, moreover, for lovers of ancient history and
archaeology, it is worth visiting the archaeological park where
megalithic walls and a necropolis excavated in the rock are still
preserved.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- Entrance into a stairwell shared with a professional studio located on the upper floor.
