Villa Tina Maria is a cozy villa with swimming pool, for vacation in San Pietro in Bevagna just a few minutes` walk from the beach. The villa offers up to 11 beds.
In addition to the large and well-kept garden, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, coffee maker, electric oven, mosquito nets, video surveillance, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, barbecue, outdoor showers, parking space, automatic gate.

The vacation villa consists of two areas, one more classic with Mediterranean forms, the other newly built near the pool.
The first unit is the main dwelling and is on two levels. On the first floor it consists of large living room with kitchenette, TV and fireplace, sleeping area consisting of 1 triple bedroom with double + single bed and 1 single bedroom, plus 1 bathroom complete with shower. Upstairs there is a triple room with double bed and single bed, plus balcony.
At the front of the house there are outdoor areas such as a cool shaded veranda furnished for relaxation, a gazebo covered by canes where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
At the back of the house are the outdoor shower and stairs leading to the new area of Villa Tina Maria. Here is the beautiful modern swimming pool, surrounded by solarium furnished with deck chairs and a gazebo. There is, in addition, another outdoor shower and a brick barbecue.
Near the pool is the annex, consisting of entrance into living room with kitchen and dining room, 2 double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms.
Villa Tina Maria has a double entrance: the first on a road in a fairly quiet residential area, which opens onto the garden and the first block of the villa, the second on a private road, with a large gate that allows access to the internal parking for several cars, near the pool area.

The vacation villa with pool is located in a residential area of San Pietro in Bevagna, marina of Manduria. It is located a few meters from one of the beautiful beaches of the locality , with blue sea and dunes of soft golden sand, fragrant and rich in Mediterranean scrub.
About 3 km away it is worth visiting the Salina dei Monaci nature reserve. Very close to the house, less than 2 km, there is also the mouth of the Chidro, where the cool waters of the river flow onto the beach, giving an evocative postcard-size landscape.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off- season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 300.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Not drinkable water.
