Perfect for a city break & set up with everything you need for a great stay in Manchester -long or short



The apartment features – Smart TV, Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fresh linen and towels.



Besides from our beautiful flat - transport in a city is always important. We sit just 5 minute walk from Trafford Bar tram stop which means you can get anywhere in and around the city cheaply and quickly. The tram comes every 5 minutes and costs just £2.20 for a city return.



There's free on road parking 1 minute walk from the flat from 12:30pm on Saturday onwards and all day Sunday - if you're lucky they'll also be a spot that's free 24/7



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot can also be provided.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.



You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The Neighborhood:

Located between Old Trafford and Chorlton, this neighbourhood is perfectly placed for exploring Manchester. You're close to leafy parks, local cafés, and independent shops, with excellent tram links into the city centre. It's a friendly, residential area with a relaxed vibe, ideal for both work and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple from here! The Trafford Bar tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with regular trams into the city centre in under 15 minutes. Old Trafford stadium is one stop away, and MediaCity, Deansgate and St Peter’s Square are all easily reached.



Prefer to drive? There’s quick access to the M60 and M56 motorways, plus free parking nearby.



Uber and local buses are also reliable options.
