The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Pappilo | The Heim, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Manchester's city centre. The property features a stylish open-plan layout with a private balcony, and sleeps up to five guests. Positioned between the vibrant Northern Quarter and Ancoats, you're never far from some of the city's best bars, restaurants, and cultural spots - and Manchester Piccadilly station is just minutes away, making travel effortless whether you're here for business or pleasure.

 

Living space

The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, framed by large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Step out onto the private balcony - complete with outdoor seating - and take in the city atmosphere. Back inside, a cosy sofa and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime give you everything you need to unwind after a day out in the city. There is potential for noise from outside and other inhabitants of the building, as is typical in a lively city centre location.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a coffee maker.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. The starter kit includes washing up liquid, one washing machine capsule, a sponge, dish cloth, and two bin liners.

The six-seater dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business.

 

Sleeping arrangements

There are two king-size bedrooms, both fitted with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep, along with full-length mirrors and wardrobe storage. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a single sofa bed, providing a comfortable sleeping option for a fifth guest. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you're unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

 

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms - one with the option of a bath or shower, and both featuring rainfall showers. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

 

Location & parking

The property is located in Manchester's city centre, nestled between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats. You can reach Manchester's central bar and retail district on foot, with Piccadilly station just minutes away. There is a paid parking lot located off premises - charges may apply.

 

Extras

Additional comfort features include a hair dryer, iron, portable fans, and heating throughout. The property has a washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, elevator access, and self check-in via a smart lock. For peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with noise decibel monitors, exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.



Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 6th floor to access the apartment.



We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply.
