The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our Smithfield Residence apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, a king-size bedroom and 1 bathroom. This stylish apartment in situated in the highly sought after Bohemian district of Northern Quarter, known for its challenging, creative and often political wall art. You are also never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. The space combines luxury fixtures and fittings with bold splashes of colour.

Smithfield is situated inside of a masterfully converted Jewellery shop. The design combines both the rich history of the Northern Quarter with modern design, beautifully blending the cityâs vibrant history and modern future together.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, designed with a calming royal blue theme complete with living wall, perfect for relaxing.
The space also contains a large, fitted wardrobe and dressing area with downlighting, perfect for getting ready.
The stunning bathroom, tiled in off-white marble, includes a large walk-in shower for an optimum luxury experience. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoos and conditioners, soaps and sanitisers are provided complementary for your use during your stay.
Our designer anthracite kitchen contains high-end appliances including microwave-combi oven, full oven, and fridge-freezer. It is a perfect place to rustle up a storm with friends and enjoy a delightful meal with the energy of The Northern Quarter all around you.
There is also a broad selection of tea, coffee and accompanying sugars/sweetners, provide on the house, for you to choose from.
The dining area and lounge is perfect for whatever mood youâre in whether that is enjoying a delicious meal, relaxing with a film, or taking in the hustle and bustle of Manchesterâs famous Oldham St beneath you. The four-seater table is perfect for eating with friends or as a workspace for those who may be travelling on business. The apartment boasts a full 55â Smart TV, fully provided with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure.
The property also features an intercom system.

Guests have private access to the whole apartment. The property is in the heart of Manchester's hipster and bohemian districts of Ancoats and Northern Quarter, known for its challenging, creative and often political wall art. You are also never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. For those with mobility considerations, kindly note this apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.
