The Space:
A brand new luxury townhouse located in the heart of Manchester's iconic Gay Village aka Canal Street - This property really has everything to offer people visiting Manchester. Whether you're here for work or pleasure you'll love our stylish home and fantastic location.
This is not just a place to stay but a place to be experienced.
LOCATION:
We're right in the centre of Manchester on Richmond Street, such a fantastic location thereâs no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city is accessible by foot. We're just minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly Station and you can also easily reach Old Trafford and the Etihad stadiums via the Metrolink. You're also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries right on your doorstep.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space in our garage. There's more paid parking just behind us too which is ÂŁ18 a day.
THE ORANGE BEDROOM:
Get a great nights sleep in our luxurious master bedroom. With a brand-new luxury mattress, fresh linen and sheets, youâll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester

THE BLUE BEDROOM
On the ground floor this is a beautifully quiet room with double bed, luxury mattress and wrap around colour theme.
THE GREEN BEDROOM:
With a luxury mattress and beautiful decor, you'll be sure to get a great night's sleep.
THE SNUG & 4TH BEDROOM:
Our top floor space is great spot to embrace some peace and tranquillity, use as a workspace until it's ready to be used as a bedroom. A great place to wake up and begin your day.
LIVING ROOM:
Thereâs loads to do in the city but when itâs time to relax thereâs no better place than on our huge bespoke leather sofa which provides ample seating for 8 guests. Kick back and enjoy a movie at the end of long day or relax and lounge in style with friends.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâd expect in a family home. Youâre on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Our dining table has seating for 8 and thereâs also 6 stools at the breakfast bar.
ROOF TERRACE:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the roof terrace over looking the sights of the city taking in all aspects of old and modern Manchester. When itâs time to pop the champagne open head upstairs again for a beautiful space to socialise with friends. Enjoy the seating area and fairy lights which really set the mood.
Guest Access:
Youâll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If youâd like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and weâll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
Youâll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.
