The Space:
A brand new luxury townhouse located in the heart of Manchester's iconic Gay Village aka Canal Street - This property really has everything to offer people visiting Manchester. Whether you're here for work or pleasure you'll love our stylish home and fantastic location.
This is not just a place to stay but a place to be experienced.
LOCATION:
We're in the heart of Manchester on Richmond Street with the whole city centre accessible by foot. We're just minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly Station and you can also easily reach Old Trafford and the Etihad stadiums via the Metrolink. You're also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries right on your doorstep.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space in our garage. For additional parking there's Sackville Street car park just behind us which is ÂŁ18 a day.
ROOF TERRACE:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the roof terrace over looking the sights of the city taking in all aspects of old and modern Manchester. When itâs time to pop open the champagne head upstairs again for a beautiful space to socialise with friends and set the perfect tone for the evening.
MASTER BEDROOM:
Our luxurious master bedroom has a brand-new luxury mattress, fresh linen and sheets so you can be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester
ENSUITE:
Enjoy the en suite attached to the master bedroom
BEDROOM 2:
On the ground floor this is a beautifully quiet, peaceful and stylish room, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day
BEDROOM 3:
With a luxury mattress and beautiful decor and TV in every room, you're all set for Netflix and Chill.
Bedroom 4:
Our top floor snug is a great spot to embrace some peace and tranquillity. Use as a quiet place to catch up on some work and also enjoy the comfortable king size bed. A great place to wake up and begin your day.
LIVING ROOM:
Thereâs loads to do in the city but when itâs time to relax thereâs no better place than our open plan living area. Enjoy a book, listen to music through our speakers or kick back and enjoy a movie at the end of long day in our luxurious living space. The Living room is also Equipped with a brand new sofa bed which is extremely comfy and spacious.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâd expect in a family home. Youâre on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Our dining table has seating for 6 and thereâs also 4 stools at the breakfast bar, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
GOOD FOR LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine and drying machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, youâll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some childrenâs plates & cutlery.
We are pet friendly but please donât forget to add them as a guest as thereâs an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience weâll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets â please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
