Featuring a spacious living and kitchen area with balcony access, 2x double bedrooms, 1x ensuite, and a second bathroom with bath. Walking distance from the Coop arena and the Ethiadcampus, this sought-after apartment boasts a complimentar. Asda, McDonald's, and Starbucks are conveniently located just across the road, providing all the essentials for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- No Parties will be tolerated
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners, and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, if you are found smoking on my property you will be fined £100
- A charge of £20 per hour will be charged for each hour you check out after 10:00 Am unless agreed otherwise
-Please try to tidy up the best you can before departure.
-If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in Manchester, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
