The Space:
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves and access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix, Perfect for long stays for work or a City break with a homely experience & set up with everything you need for a great stay in Manchester. The house features – 42-inch Smart TV, Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fresh linen and towels. Besides from our beautiful house - transport to the city is always important. We sit just 20 min drive to the city centre. We are also situated 10 minutes away from Manchester Airport. The nearest tram stop is Martinscroft this will be a 40 minute tram journey into the city centre. There's free on road parking. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot can also be provided.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

Buses: Just a short walk away, you'll find several bus stops served by routes like the 41, 43, and 103. These buses provide direct connections to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, and surrounding areas.
Transit Guide

Tram (Metrolink): The nearest Metrolink station is Northern Moor, approximately a 27-minute walk or a quick bus ride away. From there, trams run frequently to various parts of Greater Manchester, including the city centre and the airport.
