Welcome to this great townhouse with patio and close to the beach in Porto Cristo. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The patio -with its touches of greenery- invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach and to relax on the exterior sofa at the end of the day. The property is located in the centre of the town and there are neighbours around.

The two-storey townhouse offers comfortable and cosy rooms. The living room is perfect for cooling off with the AC while watching TV and also offers a fireplace. The spacious dining room is ideal for tasting the dishes cooked in the kitchen, which has a gas cooker. In the house you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a work area with AC and fireplace that leads to the other 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed (one of them has access to the terrace). On this floor there is a second bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with a small heater. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Porto Cristo is a traditional tourist destination within the island. In it you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The large beach of Port de Manacor is characterised by its fine golden sand, its beauty and its wonderful promenade, full of trees. You can also go to the nearest golf course to practice your favourite sport or visit one of the jewels of our island, the Caves of Drach.

Stunning place, incredibly homely

Stunning place, incredibly homely. Clearly very well loved. Lemon tree in garden was too nice, less than 5 minutes walk from water. Porto Cristo is gorgeous. If you like deep water solo climbing/cliff jumping, some amazing spots in the vicinity and short drive away.

Lovely Traditional Spanish Town House in Brilliant Location

Pros: Lovely traditional Spanish town house full of character. Very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful, sheltered, private Courtyard. A great escape from the midday sun and a perfect place for evening drinks. The location is brilliant. In a quiet street off the church square just two minutes walk down to the beach and harbour. The host was charming, very friendly and helpful. Cons: Nothing Major but: Mosquitoes in Courtyard from central water drain need clearing and/or treating (it's where they lay their eggs). We think property only suitable for two couples plus children as fourth bedroom on ground floor has no windows and is slightly damp.

Superbe maison trÚs bien située

Notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillant et chaleureux. La maison a le charme de l’ancien et tout le confort nĂ©cessaire Ă  l’intĂ©rieur pour passer un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille. Bien Ă©quipĂ©e et Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les commerces et services. Nous recommandons les yeux fermĂ©s. Merci!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Stadthaus sehr genossen. Besonders durch die NĂ€he zum Strand, Restaurants und supermĂ€rkte. Das Haus punktet durch den Innenhof, Waschmaschine und GeschirrspĂŒler doppelt. Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert. Üoro Christo ist ein toller Ort mit vielen Einheimischen und ruhiger Lage. Gern bucheb wir erneut! Danke!

Jaume war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus ist schon Àlter, die Einrichtung entsprechend. Betten waren ok, Lage ist top in Porto Cristo. Alles easy und schnell erreichbar.

Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet - außer eine Kaffemaschine. Sauber und gerĂ€umig. Das einzige große Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation! Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen, vor dem Haus und in der NĂ€he keine ParkplĂ€tze vorhanden. Nach jeder RĂŒckkehr mußte zum Teil 20 Minuten ein Parkplatz gesucht werden, abtenteuerliche AbstellplĂ€tze waren die Folge. Alles Andere war in Ordnung - Lokale/ Restaurants, Shopping, Supermarkt in der NĂ€he.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der NĂ€he: Restaurants, Supermarkt, Spielplatz und natĂŒrlich das Meer mit schönem Strand. Es hat alles, was man braucht, unser Highlight war der tolle Innenhof, der trotzdem kĂŒhl war. Auch fĂŒr unsere Kinder war alles da, Sandelsachen, Hochstuhl, Babybett und Sonnenschirme fĂŒr den Strandbesuch. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab ausreichend HandtĂŒcher. Der EigentĂŒmer Jaume war sehr nett, immer gut erreichbar und absolut hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft war sogar Wasser und ein leckerer Kuchen fĂŒr uns da! Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Klimaanlage leider teilweise defekt war, aber dafĂŒr konnte der EigentĂŒmer ja nichts, er hat sich gleich um die Reparatur gekĂŒmmert. Und ein zweites paar SchlĂŒssel wĂ€re hilfreich, falls man einmal getrennt losgehen möchte oder man sich aussperrt... ;-) Wir können den Aufenthalt in Porto Cristo und besonders in dieser Unterkunft nur empfehlen, Danke fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft.

Jaume ist ein enorm netter Vermieter und sein Haus wirklich tiptop sauber. Die Lage des Hauses in Porto Cristo ist fĂŒr Menschen, die Ruhe suchen sehr gut.

The home and host were lovely. Having never been to Mallorca before, it was a beautiful home to stay in within a seaside town. It comfortably fit 4 friends, who spent part of the trip working from home. The back patio was amazing for dinner. The host was very communicative and was very accommodating despite a late check in due to flight delays. The home has AC but note that it did get very hot to sleep end of August timing. Would recommend this home for your next visit to Mallorca!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus

Es ist sehr groß und reicht locker fĂŒr z.B. 2 Familien. Der Sonnenbalkon morgens ist besonders im April sehr schön. Auch der Innenhof ist ein Traum. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (sogar pro Bad ein Fön :-)). Das Haus und die Einrichtung war auch sehr sauber. Die Vermietung/SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe funktionierten reibungslos und der Vermieter gab uns seine Visitenkarte fĂŒr Fragen/Probleme, war also jederzeit erreichbar. Im Esszimmer lag eine Mappe mit der genauen Beschreibung der Liegenschaft/Haustechnik. Es handelt sich um ein Ă€lteres Wohnhaus in einer gewachsenen Stadt mit einem tollen Innenhof (einschl. Zitronenbaum). Die Lage ist genial, mitten im Ort, trotzdem sehr ruhig. ParkplĂ€tze auf der Straße waren jederzeit vorhanden. Alles ist sehr gut fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Strand 5 Minuten, diverse Restaurants und der Supermarkt ebenfalls ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle (z.B. Express-Bus nach Palma) ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren komplett ohne Auto unterwegs. Wir werden das Haus gern wieder mieten.

Es hat alles super funktioniert und der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch bei RĂŒckfragen war er schnell zu erreichen und konnte uns zuverlĂ€ssig weiterhelfen. Wir waren 6 Leute und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz - der Essensbereich und der Innenhof sind besonders schön! GrundsĂ€tzlich besitzt das Haus alles was man braucht, auch jegliche Strandutensilien, BĂŒcher und Spiele sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Promenade und der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Eine Apotheke ist direkt um die Ecke und auch der Supermarkt ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist nicht super modern eingerichtet wie es den Bildern auch zu entnehmen ist. Solltet ihr aber eine typisch mallorquinische Unterkunft in mitten der schönen Hafenstadt Porto Cristo suchen - seid ihr hier genau richtig.
