During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.

Awesome Condo! The walk to Canyon is a breeze and being able to snowboard back to the Condo was even better. 2 spas on site. Definitely will recommend this place. Host was very helpful. Easy check out instructions. Will be coming back here soon!

Great stay and walkable to Canyon

The condo had everything needed for a getaway weekend. Everything worked. Floors are chilly without rugs but great heating was available. Very accommodating when adding an extra night at a discount too. Would definitely stay again.

Worked great for us!

We stayed here six nights for a mother-daughter ski trip. Andy is an excellent host, who provided timely and easy-to-follow check-in instructions and responded promptly to inquiries. We appreciate the garage space adjacent to the building, the fully-stocked unit (bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and kitchen has all we need), and quiet location in the upper area of the complex. We easily walked to and from Canyon Lodge, and took the village gondola to the Village, where there is a nice little grocery store. We sked all day for five days and really loved the nearby hot tub, which has a shower for rinsing off after. We used the laundry. (If you forget quarters for the washer, Guest Services on the mountain has them!)

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO rental! Host Andy is absolutely incredible—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seamlessly, which made our trip all the more enjoyable. More than once, I said to my wife, “That Andy is sure on it!” His attention to detail and responsiveness made all the difference.The location is great if you don’t mind a little walking. We found renting a locker at Canyon Lodge for about 30 a day made it much easier to manage our skis without carrying them the whole way, as the driveway into the complex is a bit steep. Speaking of the driveway, it can get slick after hours if conditions are icy, so if you’re like me (a city person with 2WD), it might be tricky to get up in those conditions. Just something to keep in mind! However, the bottom of the driveway is almost the bottom of Canyon’s parking, so you get an idea of just how close you are—super convenient!The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The coffee maker was a nice touch, the heaters worked great and kept the place toasty, and the upstairs bed was super comfy. Even the pull-out bed downstairs worked perfectly for our third guest.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Andy’s hospitality, the well-stocked and clean condo, and the convenience of the location made for a wonderful getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

Good location, place is ok

The property was ok. Biggest issue was the heating. Most of the time, my feet were cold as were the floors and had to crank up the heat to 80f Some dirty dishes when we got there, no biggie though. Andy, the property manager was great, so I give him 5 stars individually.

Great loft in a great location!

This property was accurate as advertised. The location can’t be beat for those who like to stay close to Canyon Lodge. Short walk to the lodge or shuttle stop (if you’re in ski boots) and the Village Ski Back Trail puts you in a great spot to get back to the condo. Owners were exceptional with communication. Would absolutely stay here again!

Check in was great. Lots of communication from rental company. Second time staying at this property. All aspects of our stay was great. Only negative things- someone was in our garage parking spot when we arrived, next door neighbors dogs barked alot and no wine bottle opener. We bought one and left it at condo. Other than that 
 great stay.

Great Place

Super cute condo, cozy and very clean. Location was perfect. Bus stop was convenient right outside the entrance and easy walk down to the main village. Bonus was having a garage space! Private patio was bigger than most and condo had big windows to keep the place feeling “open” and good size bathrooms and bedroom. Condo had everything we need and defiantly will return.

Just OK!

The unit was not clean. One bed was good but the pull out was so uncomfortable that my brother had to sleep on the couch which was also not very comfortable. The kitchen was very sparsely furnished. We did enjoy the hot tub and pool which was near the unit. Overall, the condo complex was kind of run down. We had a great time in Mammoth and will likely return but not to that condo.

Nice place to stay

Very nice place to stay. The place is clean, well stocked with necessary kitchen and paper items, and having two full bathroom made it very convenient. The owner Andy is very responsive to our request and would likely stay here again. The facility has two separate spas which was nice to avoid the crowd. The only minor negative is the walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbor playing Yahtzee or multiple dogs barking (sometimes dogs barked very early mornings). Overall, I would recommend this place.

The get-away

The place is quiet, we saw a coyote and a few deer behind the property. It’s a bit isolated, exactly what we were looking for. Parking was easy as well as the check-in/check-out. The queen in the loft was comfortable, the sofa queen was rough, and well used. It took a while to locate some of the dishware, found them still in the dishwasher. We liked the two bathrooms, it made showering easy. It’s a bit of a hike, if you’re up to it to town, but an easy drive, with lots of good foods and Vons markets just minutes away. It’s late June, and I did see skiers still. Some areas were closed due to snow and flooding. None impacted us at our location. It’s a nice place to stay and would recommend it for two -four persons. Winter time driving might be a challenge due to the steep roads in the area and possible snow/ ice on the roads.

This property is in a great location in Mammoth. The garage is awesome to have given the cold weather. Andy was very helpful with a couple of questions I had when I arrived. He responded quickly to my questions and checkin to make sure everything was good with the property. I’ll definitely go back!

Nice place and fun to take the Mammoth Village trail back from skiing.

The owner was very helpful when we had questions. Pretty convenient. Roads were icy and snowy when we arrived so needed chains to get up the hill. Parking was easy.
