Fully updated to include state of the art bathrooms with heated towel warmers, this airy, light filled condo is a perfect escape.

Warm and inviting, fully remodeled and tastefully decorated, luxury one bedroom and loft corner unit with brand new high end furniture, travertine bathrooms, Italian Parsa granite countertops, wooden flooring, top of the line kitchen including GE Profile appliances, Kitchen Aid professional series coffee maker, Kitchen Aid burr coffee grinder, Kitchen Aid 4 slice toaster, Kitchen Aid commercial electric mixer, spiralizer, slicer and pasta maker, matching Crate & Barrel plates, glassware and silverware, a Vitamix blender including both a wet and dry mixing container and a fully stocked kitchen including All Clad pans, Cuisinart Pressure Cooker, Cuisinart Slow Cooker/Rice Cooker, Nespresso Coffee Machine, bread maker, Williams Sonoma serving utensils, place settings and serving dishes.

The bedroom has a King bed, the secluded, airy loft has a Queen bed, a trundle bed (two twin beds), and of course a beautiful view. The Pottery Barn leather couch has a memory foam double bed. Even the Crate and Barrel upholstered sofa has a pullout bed. Use the Apple TV to stream music and video from your apple devices directly to the 75 inch living room television, soundbar and subwoofer. Curl up in the bedroom with the 55 inch Samsung smart tv. Effortlessly connect to the Bose Soundlink II Mini to stream music, podcasts, and external audio. Easily charge your electronics from the bluetooth alarm clocks in the bedroom and loft. All bedding is 800 count cotton sateen sheets with 100% cotton comforters.

In the Summer, the Lakes Basin bike path is virtually outside your door. The Trolley and Village are in easy walking distance. In the Winter, the bike path is cleared from snow and leads to the Village Gondola. Walk to the Village, take the Gondola to the mountain, and grab your skis/board from the Canyon Lodge ski locker included with your condo (Winter only). All four seasons, enjoy everything the Mammoth Lakes area has to offer from the comfort of your secluded yet centrally located home/office away from home.

Great communication! Super location just minutes from the village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Condo was clean and all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed the remote-controlled Puffy ZeroG bed in the loft. Would definitely stay again of the stats and powder align.

The host was amazing and very communicative when I reached out. If you're there to hit the slopes, it doesn't get better than this spot. It's just a short walk out of the condo village to the stop light where you can see the gondola. Inside was beautiful with a huge vaulted ceiling leading to the loft upstairs. It was equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare food. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were very modern while the condo and decor felt more like a cabin. This is the kind of place that's inviting right when you walk in and thus makes you want to stay in and relax. It was an awesome trip and an amazing place to stay. It's definitely going to be my number one pick when I go back.

The host was very helpful, understanding and and responsive to our needs. The condo was beautiful, cozy and comfy and a perfect size for our group of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked and it even had a nespresso which was such a treat. The beds were very comfortable. The ski locker was such a nice addition as it saved us from having to carry our snow gear. The condo is a quick walk to the village which made it a super convenient location. All in all I give it a 5 stars plus! We hope to be able to return soon! Thank you Weneta!

The kitchen was a highpoint. We've stayed at homes that had barely functional pots and pans, or only a bare minimum of plates and cutlery. This condo had all of the kitchen gear that you would want, in very good condition. Additionally, the pantry was well provisioned with the things where you would want a little of this (e.g. red wine vinegar).

Our stay was great. This property was excellent. Very neat and clean. The check in process was very simple with the keyless entry. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed as we fixed almost all of our meals at the property. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to Mammoth Brewing, The Village and other shops. There were four of us who stayed there and there was plenty of room. We all had a great time.

The condo was easy to access. Communication was responsive and clear. The condo it self was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. There was plenty of fire wood for cozy fires. The only downside (and a minor one at that) was that we did have some extra people added on after booking which was cleared by the owner. We thought this would be ok since the sofa bed was listed as memory foam, however it is just a standard pullout mattress and was not the most comfortable. However, we were able to find some extra sheets and comforter to make it better for sleeping.

Great weekend stay

Our experience was great -- from the communications to directions, check in and check out this condo met and exceeded expectations. It's really easy to walk over to the village gondola, hop on and get over to Canyon Lodge to get on the mountain. The added bonus of a dedicated locker was a huge value add...The kitchen has everything you need (bring your own groceries..)_to make any meal you'd make at home..

Perfect family ski condo!

We had an amazing stay at Weneta’s condo. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the loft was perfect for our kiddo. The walk to the village gondola was easy each morning and having the ski locker at Canyon Lodge made it so convenient. We’ve stayed at a few places in Mammoth over the years and this is by far the best one, felt like a true home away from home. Weneta was excellent with communication, always quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back!

So nice!

Everything about our stay here was great. Owner is fabulous with communication, unit is just as described with every possible appliance you can think of available and the ski locker at canyon lodge is a game changer. The short walk to the village/gondola was that much easier not carrying skis because each day we just left them in the locker. Would recommend and stay again without any hesitation. Thank you for a great stay at Mammoth!

Great Location!

Homey and comfortable for family of 4. Great showers, comfortable beds, close to pool and jacuzzi. Short walk to Canyon Lodge access, restaurants and bars. Owner is so helpful and gives great instructions and directions for use, not to mention very helpful on-mountain ski locker. We really felt at home and will be booking again in the future!

Beautiful & Clean Condo

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condo in Mammoth Lakes. Weneta, the host, provided many details in advance of my arrival which made checking in very easy. This was greatly appreciated since it was snowing the day I arrived and getting into the unit was quick and easy. Great well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms/showers with plenty of hot water, and clean/comfortable beds. This place was so clean which is hard to come by in Mammoth. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!!
