🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One parking space is available directly across from the building. A parking pass is provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The seasonal pool is typically open May through September from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. The hot tubs and sauna are generally open year-round from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

• Construction Notice: Exterior painting is ongoing throughout the complex between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, balconies may be temporarily inaccessible, and guests may experience construction noise or debris.

• Laundry: Community laundry facilities are available within the complex.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT-05960-0050.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
