Overall great place with minor issues
Overall we had an excellent stay at this property. However there are a few things that would have been helpful for our stay. First being that there are no signs or ways to find out the actual number of the condo complex. Our GPS kept taking us around and around several times but there is no way to see the property number. I understand there is snow everywhere but the number of the complex needs to be shown in order for people to see that they are at the right address. Yes the instructions say the first property on the right, but when you donât see the property number anywhere shown, you donât want to enter foreign properties especially when everything is covered in snow and slippery. When we did inquire about having a hard time locating the actual property , the staff member said they themselves donât go to the properties and hence couldnât help us to locate the property. It would be a good idea if the staff members of the management company visit the actual properties so then that way they can actually help when someone needs help.
The other minor issue was that the listing did not exactly match the actual property. Let me explain myself. On the listing it shows that the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and this is not the case. The 3rd bedroom only has a queen bed, and there are no twin beds. In addition, the TV doesnât work with anything like Netflix, firestick or Hulu. You have to sign in with your own subscription, which was fine by me, but then it never works, no matter how many times we tried, it said no signal. So if you are someone whoâs going to be catching up on your shows or just trying to watch anything really, you will be out of luck.
Overall we had a great time despite the above mentioned issues.
