It is perfectly located for enjoying year-round activities that Mammoth has to offer, right from your front door! There is elevator access if needed, taking you directly from the garage to level 2, where your condo awaits! The property is a spacious 1195 sq. ft. open floor plan with brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout all living spaces. The living room has comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, wood burning fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio. The full kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining area equipped to comfortably seat 6.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with ample closet and dresser space. The ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled, offering a double, marble countertop vanity, and tub/shower. Bedroom 2 is a modern take on a bunkroom – it offers a private nook with queen sized bed, and three single beds. Off bedroom 2 is the second bathroom, also completely remodeled with a marble countertop vanity and tub/shower. There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the covered patio.

This charming space, with its close proximity to the ski-lifts, HOA amenities, underground garage (2 spaces), and elevators is the perfect home to rent for an unforgettable stay in Mammoth Lakes!

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property both assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 7'1"). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
