This spacious 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom townhouse, nestled in the tranquil Snowcreek community, offers an idyllic retreat with breathtaking mountain views. Located next to the meadow and creek, you'll enjoy nature's beauty right at your doorstep. Featuring a 3 split level floorplan, with private entrance with just 3 steps to entry, the bedrooms are on the lower level, with living areas and a loft on the upper levels, allowing for ample space and privacy while maintaining cozy areas to gather. From the balcony, enjoy a serene outlook over the lawn, meadow, and the majestic Sherwin Mountains.

A spacious, open-plan living room features a pellet stove fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and a flatscreen TV for streaming — perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for preparing family meals, with a dining table that extends to seat 8. Additional seating includes bar stools at the kitchen counter and a bonus area overlooking the kitchen, ideal for casual meals or coffee breaks. For those working remotely, enjoy free Wi-Fi and a desk in the bonus seating area.

With three bedrooms on the lower level, two luxurious king suites, each with sliding glass doors to a private deck, flatscreen TVs, and spacious closets. Each suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. The third Bedroom features two twin beds that can be combined to create a king bed. The adjacent bathroom, located near the washer/dryer, includes a walk-in shower. The upper-level loft is a fun space for kids or extra guests, featuring a queen bed and two twin beds.

But as with any rental, bring your own knives. The location of the property is farther from The Village and center of town than we’re used to but that made things quieter! There is a bus stop across the street from the property which was very convenient!Overall it was a good stay and would use the unit again!

Spacious Cabin

Awesome place with plenty of cookware. Bedrooms and bed were so spacious. Living room was great for big groups. Only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was under maintenance; a ski trip is incomplete without some hot tubbing after a day on the slopes.

Would stay again

Good size for our group of 10. We especially appreciated the decently stocked kitchen and the ability to control the temperature based on zones throughout the cabin. No issues with WiFi. 5 min walk to the free shuttles that take you to Mammoth mountain. 1 mile from a major grocery store (Vons). Easy parking also. Hot tub is communal but has a nice heated hallway & sauna room. One of the beds in the loft was extremely wobbly and probably needs the screws tightened. And the bathroom layout forces 6 people to share a bathroom. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good property. We only stay in Snowcreek when we visit Mammoth, the location was lovely. The two master ensuites are great. The two pushed together twins were not. We loved the individual heating controls in every room, very useful. Layout of the place is nice except that there is no bathroom in the 2nd floor living space/kitchen. Meaning that you have to walk down a flight of stairs every time you need to use the restroom, if you’re in the loft, it’s a trek. The place is good for adults but not great for older folks bc of the restrooms downstairs. There are a few things that need updating, like the couch has seen better days, the chairs and stools in the kitchen are very uncomfortable and are not inviting to hang out on (we came in the winter), the cooking pans in the kitchen need upgrading (bring your favorite pan if you’re picky). The management company makes you pick up physical keys at a different location, which is inconvenient considering the door has a key pad for a code. Also, the management company used cheap toilet paper and paper towels. We purchased our own at Vons because we’re not doing Pom Toilet paper. Overall, the place is good and I appreciate it being pet friendly. My pup was happy to join in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of three adults and six kids/teens and we were super comfortable in this space. Everything was clean and we had no issues with Maintenance or anything at all during the day. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the fitness facility that has a pool and hot tub and gym, as well as tons of awesome hiking spots. A lot of times, pet friendly units smell or have clear pet damage or you just find random Pet hair everywhere, but we did not notice anything about this unit that would indicate it smelled like pets so it is obviously very well maintained. Most things we needed kitchen wise were already there, but I would recommend bringing a baking sheet with you if you need to bake anything in the oven as there were no baking sheets in the house. Everything else we needed, from a hand mixer to different pots and pans were all supplied in the house as well as basic starter items like salt and pepper and sugar were all there as well. They have a regular coffee maker in the property so no need to bring Keurig cups.

Even with the winter snow storm, the bedroom was still warm enough. Biggest issue was the home was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty. The previous renters left dirty pots and baking pan with bacon grease was left in the cabinet.

Reviewer Comments: The house is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a great location. We appreciated how quickly the maintenance team responded when we reported a clogged kitchen sink — it was taken care of promptly.However, we were a bit disappointed that the main balcony off the living room, which offers a beautiful view, was not usable during our stay. It had both firewood and some construction debris, which made it feel unsafe to spend time out there.While the house appeared surface clean upon arrival, a deeper clean would have made the stay even more comfortable. We all suffered from congestion any time we were in the house. The couch is large but would benefit from a professional cleaning, it made us itchy! Overall, we enjoyed the setting but believe a few improvements would make this property even better for future guests.

There were three bathrooms, but two were attached for two of the rooms which made it difficult for those in the loft or the other bedroom to utilize. The variety of pots/pans has been better in other units we have used in the past. Parking availability was very good, and we appreciated the extra parking passes supplied by the management company. TV and internet did not work.
