Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Cozy and charming unit located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge lifts. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar top dining for 4, flat screen TV and comfortable couch with memory foam pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom has a California King with memory foam mattress and flatscreen TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. This unit has WiFi internet access and overlooks the community Pool at the Summit. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (Summer only). Located on the green shuttle line, this unit is on the third floor of the Bradley building and provides elevator access. Pet friendly, this unit will allow one pet (dogs only, no cats due to severe allergy). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. The unit is located on the third floor, is all on one level and this building has elevator access. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Spring time Skiing

Affordable. Easy walk or shuttle to Eagle lodge. Great for a couple with a dog. Wonderful time skiing in the AM and spring exploring in the afternoon.

Close to eagle lodge. Worked just great. Very loud when neighbors run water. It would be nice to have coffee stocked it’s not that much. For the HOA- fix the elevator. It almost threw my back out.

Perfect location for ski lift

Eagle lodge lift is an easy 5 min. walk. beautiful park across the street. Restaurants and a Vons 5 min drive. medium quality accommodations which is actually perfect for our two dogs, we didn't stress out too much. lots of families on this part of the mountain. variable terrain so my son and i could ski together. Again, not luxurious but perfect for families with dogs. and they do supply everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen.

Cute place!

We were able to cook, watch our shows , sleep well and enjoy the stay. The bed was really comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company. The underground parking wasnt bad and we have a lifted gmc sierra 4x4 truck and it fit well.They also allow pets which was perfect for myself and my medical dog. Easy access to our floor from parking garage with elevator or stairs. We would definitely stay again.The apartment was spacious and cozy!

Dog friendly

First time traveling with our dog. Fun to have a condo close to everything that allows dogs. My dog loved sniffing at the other condo doors and meeting the dogs that lived there.

Chose this property due to location to Eagle Lodge ski lift. It was perfect and met our needs. Very pleased with unit and cleanliness. Parking was great and glad there was an elevator since unit is on 3rd floor. Would stay here again.

Great location.

Overall it was good. I didn't realize it was a 3rd floor unit. Not great given we had a couple bikes to bring up and down. There is an elevator, but I wasn't aware of this given the description. My only complaint was the shower head. Horrible. The same kind we had in the dorms in college. This would be an easy and inexpensive fix!

Great Spot at Summit Condos

This was our third time staying in Summit Condos near Eagle Lodge in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We really enjoy the location and are always happy to find a place in this group of condo buildings. The complex really does a nice job of keeping the walkways clear of snow and ice. The inside hallways are always clean. The unit was very clean and equipped all the necessary things to cook and be comfy for a mountain trip. There were two of us with our dog and it was the right amount of room. There were plenty of towels and places to hang gear. There was even a nice set of dog bowls for our dog to use. Underground/covered parking, access to the spa, and general location are the major plus features of this unit. Only things that weren't awesome: the toaster was not working and the coffee maker is not a Keurig as described. It was a basic drip coffee maker which worked great, after we bought coffee at the Vons.

Overall pretty great. But don't plan on using the internet.

The internet in Mammoth is generally pretty bad. However it was exceptionally poor for this condo. There was clearly a single router being used for multiple units and I'm not sure how it was setup or what service they have but I usually had to go down to the local coffee shop to get any work done.
