finishes and everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area

comfortably seats eight guests. After a day of adventure, relax in the cozy

living room with a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A private washer

and dryer add extra convenience. This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with

a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the second and third bedrooms,

and two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, ideal for families and

groups. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop, getting

around town is simple year-round. Community amenities include a year-round hot

tub and sauna, recreation room and laundry facilities, as well as a seasonal

outdoor pool during the summer months. All guests receive complimentary full

access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and

recreation facility. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated pool, steam

room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga and Pilates studios, cycling classes,

racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness programs. In

the summer, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, tennis, and

pickleball courts. This home is the perfect year-round base for your Mammoth

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

second pet is approved, there is an additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet

per night plus tax.
