The Space
This ground-floor end unit features a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the dining area, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The living area includes a large sectional sofa and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The full kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and plenty of storage for groceries.

All access to the unit and amenities is included. Self check-in with physical key. Full house manual and check-in instructions are provided upon booking.

Amenities & Usage
Full kitchen with cooking utensils, appliances, and grocery storage. Please wash and put away all dishes after use.
Washer and dryer are available in the unit.
Towels, sheets, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap are provided. Extra blankets and pillows are in the closet.
Hot tub (Jacuzzi) is located to the right of the unit. The key hangs near the front door.
Seasonal pool is located behind the building (summer only).

Sleeping Arrangements
1 Queen bed in the bedroom
1 Murphy bed in the dining area (pull down using silver handles and ensure black legs are fully extended).
Please do not jump on the beds.

Entertainment
Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels.
The remote/sensor is on the bottom right shelf under the TV.
Please inform us before purchasing any paid movies or content.

Wood-Burning Stove
Firewood is sometimes provided outside the door.
If used, please empty ashes into the silver bucket before departure.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, at least 25 feet from the building. Dispose of cigarette butts in the dumpsters.
Parking
Only one assigned parking space is included.
Parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
Additional free parking is available to the left of Sierra Manor.

Located at 165 Old Mammoth Road, in the heart of Mammoth Lakes.
Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the free shuttle stop.
The free shuttle takes you directly to Mammoth Mountain for skiing/snowboarding and around town.

Quiet hours: Please respect neighbors after 10 PM
Leave the property clean and tidy. All dishes must be washed before check-out.
